Tôi không khuyến nghị sử dụng vào mùa đông vì lạnh quá mức. I bought two of these pads back in summer and I'm still using them now. Out of all the treatment pads I've tried, this one has the best cooling effect. I usually apply it for about 3-5 minutes while drying my hair, then wipe it off before doing my skincare routine. The refreshing sensation lasts until I apply my next base product, and it really does a great job of reducing heat quickly. The pad size is generous and square-shaped, so it covers both cheeks perfectly. Plus, since it splits in half, it's super convenient to use on my nose and chin. Because the pad is so large, I found that applying it in two halves actually gives better adhesion than using it whole. The cooling effect isn't like taking something straight out of the fridge—it feels more like an artificial menthol sensation, which was a bit irritating. My face didn't turn red, but it did feel uncomfortable, and if the essence gets in your eyes, it stings like crazy, so you have to be really careful. When I was about halfway through, I thought I was being wasteful, but then I realized I'd been using two pads stuck together the whole time without knowing it. When I picked it up with tweezers, it always seemed like one pad, but something felt off, so I peeled it apart by hand and was shocked to find two. Whether I used two pads or one, the cooling effect and adhesion were pretty similar, but since it's so thin, using just one pad caused some slipping, and because of the square shape, there was some lifting around the cheekbone area. The essence sloshes around inside the case, and if there's too much, it can leak. Plus, if it gets in your eyes, it causes pain. So after using it for a while, I started adding an extra third of a cotton pad to help absorb the excess essence. The refreshing sensation really helped calm down my redness, and it felt so soothing and comforting. It felt a bit too intense and heavy on my skin, so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who prefers a lighter feel. It really cools down the heat and doesn't dry out as much as I expected - I'm really happy with it! The cooling effect right after applying it is absolutely amazing, and even after removing it, when I gently pat the area, it absorbs beautifully without any sticky residue. I love it! Plus, I can cut the pad into smaller pieces, so I can use it on every spot I need—my nose, the corners of my eyes, everywhere—without missing any areas. It's really great! Honestly, I haven't found anything to complain about so far! I'm really happy with how I'm using this product. My skincare routine after cleansing is: I use either Unique toner pads or Mediheal toner pads, then I apply the pine needle essence and red bean essence (this product), followed by Aesop hydrating essence, Goodal vitamin serum, and finish with Torridon hydrating cream. I've been using this product for about a week now, and the moment I apply it, that fresh and cooling sensation is absolutely amazing! The absorption is fantastic too!! It does feel a bit sticky, and I wish the pad size were larger. I'd also love to see a bigger quantity in the package.
