The ingredients are excellent and it cleanses so gently while removing makeup beautifully. It's a vitamin product but doesn't irritate my skin at all. It doesn't eliminate excess oil, and I noticed the whiteheads along my nose didn't disappear either. I only use it about three times a week because I'm concerned about compromising my skin barrier.
