It's so convenient because you just spray it on, and you can do it quickly when you're in a rush. Plus, it smells amazing! I have long, thick hair that reaches my hips, and even after spraying a generous amount, my hair feels dry and rough. It tangles easily and doesn't seem to provide the conditioning benefits it promises. Right after using this product, I noticed my hair quality getting worse in real time, which made me wonder if something was wrong with me. I even tried using way more product to see if it would help, but nothing changed. I've since switched to a different product. I really can't recommend this one.

The scent is pleasant too. My original spray pump stopped working, so I transferred it to a different bottle and it worked just fine that way. Honestly, about half of it just disperses into the air, and it doesn't feel like the active ingredients are really absorbing into my hair the way I'd hoped. It's pretty much the same as a regular protein-free oil mist—it just sits on the surface without really penetrating. That said, even though my hair is severely damaged, I do notice some conditioning effect when I spray it on, so it's not terrible. But it's not enough to use on its own, so I don't think I'll be repurchasing. I've been using this product for about three months and I'm really happy with it. The fragrance is absolutely wonderful, and it makes my hair so much easier to comb through. Three months ago, I was losing a lot of hair, but that's gotten so much better. I also love that I don't need to blow dry or wash my hair separately. The scent lasts a really long time too. The bottle size is smaller than I expected. The spray dispenser doesn't feel quite right to me, and I wish it were more precise. The price is pretty steep for what you get. After using this, my hair feels incredibly soft and smooth with such a beautiful shine. My hair looks noticeably healthier and more vibrant. It works great when I apply it to dry hair, so that's mainly how I use it. However, I need to completely dry my hair first, which takes some time. Because of that, it's hard to use regularly on busy days, and I find it's less effective on wet hair.
