The staying power is seriously amazing! I haven't tried other makeup setting sprays to compare, but when I really want my base to stay flawless all day, I layer it throughout my routine - spritz after concealer, before foundation, after powder application, and between each step. Once I finish with powder, my makeup is incredibly locked in place. Even when I touch my face, only the areas with acne scars need a tiny bit of touch-up, while everything else stays perfectly intact. The scent might catch you off guard when you first smell it. Also, just so you know, this isn't a fine mist spray - it comes out more like a stream. If the fragrance or spray pattern bothers you, try applying it to a makeup sponge first instead of spraying directly on your face!

On days when I do my makeup, I honestly can't get ready without this setting spray anymore! It really locks in my foundation shade beautifully and does an amazing job controlling shine and preventing my makeup from breaking down throughout the day. Of course, the coverage will vary depending on which foundation or cushion compact you use, but I apply Hera foundation and then set it with this spray, and my makeup seriously stays put all day long. In winter, you might get a tiny bit of breakdown if your skin is feeling dry, but it's still so much better than not using a setting spray at all. The price isn't exactly budget-friendly, but honestly, when a product performs this well, it's worth the investment.

I dilute the Double Wear foundation with sunscreen in a 2:8 ratio, and I really need to set it with a setting spray to keep my base looking flawless all evening. Usually after about an hour of wearing makeup, my skin absorbs it and the makeup doesn't stay put at all. But ever since I got this product, my makeup stays locked in place beautifully! The scent is quite strong. Sometimes after spraying it on, I get a noticeable stinging sensation on my face. After using this product, my makeup breakdown improved by over 60 percent. But now with this product, I can get home with my makeup still looking relatively decent without any touch-ups at all—I just use blotting papers. I don't apply it before my base since I'm worried it might irritate my skin. Instead, I spray once after my base and once after my color products. Make sure all your products are completely dry before spraying, and let the spray dry completely before moving to the next step so it doesn't melt or clump. If you do thorough cleansing, you can also spray between your skincare and base, but I skip that step since cleansing already feels a bit harsh on my skin, so I use gentler products instead. Even though I have pretty sensitive skin, I haven't experienced any breakouts or irritation. Whenever I travel, during summer, or during rainy season, I always use this. After spraying, you don't get that obvious matte or dewy feeling—it just feels like your makeup is locked in place. If you want a more matte finish, you can add powder, but honestly, is it necessary? The price is pretty steep compared to other options. I ended up buying it during a duty-free sale. And then there's the smell—haha, I'm used to it now so I don't think much about it, but it definitely has a slightly medicinal scent. I was pretty shocked when I first tried it, but even though I'm sensitive to smells, I still use this product without hesitation. I have dry, sensitive skin with pore concerns, so I'm not really into matte finishes. I prefer a dewy, hydrated look, and thinking about the value for money, I'm considering switching to a drugstore setting spray just for winter.
