Great value for the price! The ingredients are excellent, and it's so easy to apply generously without feeling heavy. For dehydrated skin underneath, I'm not so sure. This toner has a rich, nourishing formula that keeps my skin hydrated way longer than other toners I've tried. It's amazing at calming irritation and I've noticed my breakouts have really decreased. Plus, you get so much product for such a reasonable price—definitely worth recommending!
