I absolutely love the Bouncing Peach blush and use it constantly, so I decided to grab the Favorite Lavender too. But honestly, I'm a bit disappointed. With the Favorite Lavender, I have to apply it and wait about a minute before the color shifts and becomes this mysterious darker, reddish tone, which makes me hesitant to use it. I really don't understand why this happens. The Bouncing Peach doesn't have this issue at all, and the color stays even no matter how I apply it. Plus, the Favorite Lavender requires careful amount control, which is essential. If I apply even slightly too much, it turns into this weird sweet potato color. I have to use just the tiniest amount for it to look right. I own four VDL blushes and I'm baffled why only the Favorite Lavender acts like this. I genuinely want to recommend VDL blushes, but I can't recommend the Favorite Lavender. If you're looking for this shade, I'd suggest going with Rom&N's Bare Nude instead.

I'm really happy with the color payoff! It looks a bit sheer in the container, but once I apply it to my skin, it looks great! I actually use this for both my blush and eyeshadow all the time. The only thing is the color payoff is a bit sheer! But honestly, it's not a deal-breaker at all! I'm really impressed with the overall quality of Bridal's products. They have such a beautiful range from soft lavender to warm pink tones, and even though I usually go for pink shades in spring, I found myself reaching for these constantly! From left to right, I have Mob Haize, Favorite Lavender, and Bouncing Peach. I used to get color analysis done and stuck with soft pink and lavender shades, but I got tired of the same look and decided to try blushes that match my skin tone better. I'm really happy with this choice! Even though I have a yellow undertone, all three shades give me a beautiful flush. Favorite Lavender might be too intense for people with fair skin, but I use it as a subtle accent blush and it looks gorgeous. It's also perfect for adding warmth to my under-eye area. The only thing is that because of the slightly muted tone, it can look a bit dull if you're not careful. This blush is perfect for light undertones. I think all of VDL's blushes are really great! The color is absolutely gorgeous and it lasts forever. Honestly, this is my favorite blush of all time. There's nothing to complain about—this is my favorite blush and I love it so much. I can't say anything bad about it. No special tips needed—it looks beautiful no matter how you apply it. I've been using the full-size version and just grabbed the mini size too!! It's absolutely perfect for travel or keeping in my makeup bag. Light undertone? Just get it, seriously - you won't regret it! Nothing negative to say, honestly. I just love it. If you're curious, definitely try the mini version first. Apply it gently under your eyes with a soft brush. It looks beautiful, no question about it.
