It's perfect as a first cleanse step since it's so gentle and mild on the skin. The only downside is that the scent is quite strong, and it lingers noticeably even after cleansing. I think people will have pretty divided opinions about this fragrance. This product really does help control oil, and I can tell because I actually ran out once and stopped using it for a while. That's when I noticed my breakouts got so much worse, so now I keep repurchasing it. It's become a staple in my routine. I experience quite a bit of tightness after using this. I've only been using this for a couple of days, and I'm already amazed at how quickly it works! All those little breakouts have calmed down, and even the bigger blemishes are starting to fade. This is actually my first cleanser purchase, and I have to say it's exceeded my expectations way more than I thought it would. The only downside is that it takes a while to rinse off completely, and the herbal scent is stronger than I anticipated.

I started using this product because I was looking for something gentle that could still effectively remove makeup. The makeup removal works really well, and I haven't experienced any discomfort while using it. I use it for cleansing my bare face too, and since I deal with significant inner dryness, it's been perfect for my daily routine. What really impressed me is how effective it is for pore care. My eyes feel irritated. I have to rinse quite a bit because if any product gets into my eyes during cleansing, it causes noticeable discomfort. When you rinse, make sure to gently wipe around the eye area thoroughly, and you shouldn't experience eye irritation. Just a little bit works wonders - it instantly smooths out texture and removes tint color beautifully. If you love that satisfying squeaky-clean feeling when you wipe, I definitely recommend it. I've been using this consistently for about two weeks, and I can definitely feel how it refines my skin texture! There's this satisfying, smooth, velvety sensation that comes with it. The formula feels incredibly lightweight like a gel, which makes it perfect for morning cleansing or double cleansing routines. Even though I have dry skin, I don't worry about it getting too tight since I apply toner and emulsion right after washing anyway. I don't think this works well for sensitive skin. When I first used it a couple of times, there was a slight stinging sensation that felt irritating. The foam production wasn't great for me either. I have sensitive skin, and I really appreciated how gently this cleanser works without causing any irritation. After using it, my skin feels noticeably smoother and more refined. I didn't notice it while I was using it, but once I finished the bottle and stopped using it, I realized the blackheads and excess oil came right back. That's why I've been going through two bottles now. There's nothing really to complain about. Just be cautious if you have sensitive skin. I see - since AHA and BHA can be quite strong and potentially irritating, I skip it when my skin is feeling sensitive, and I don't use it every day. The cleansing power is really impressive, and it does a fantastic job removing blackheads. I was honestly worried since my skin is sensitive, but after using this cleanser, I can actually see my complexion looking brighter and more radiant! That said, the fragrance is a bit strong, so if you have sensitive skin or prefer unscented products, you might want to try something else.
