I used to have really dry skin, but this hydrating balm completely transformed it. I bought it around the time my child was born, and now that they're in first grade, I still haven't switched to anything else. Whenever I travel and try other products, my skin gets dry right away. This balm is just perfect for me. Since it's a balm formula, it can feel quite sticky and heavy. Your hair might stick to it, and it has that really tacky, clingy texture. Even during the hottest summer months, my skin stays so dry, but when I apply this and do my makeup, it doesn't look patchy or flaky at all!! This product spreads so smoothly and keeps my skin beautifully hydrated. The scent is absolutely wonderful, and I'm already on my fifth tube! The brand itself didn't really stand out to me, but the product itself was fantastic! The watery formula is exactly what you'd expect from a quality moisturizing cream—not too light, but perfectly balanced. For my combination skin, it does an amazing job of hydrating and creating a protective layer. I'm really happy with it! I'd prefer a tube container honestly, but I have to admit the jar packaging does feel more luxurious when you're applying the cream. I love how gentle this is on my skin with no irritation. I was pleasantly surprised by the ingredient list too! If you have very dry skin like mine, this falls a bit short. This product is incredibly hydrating and smells amazing. I'm using it together with my teenage son, and we both love it. I'd recommend it for all four seasons! There's really nothing to complain about. That said, I'd suggest using it more during fall and winter rather than summer.
