I use this to rehydrate my skin the next day after it's been through the wringer - skipping my skincare routine, dealing with dry air conditioning, and not even washing my face before bed (yes, really!). This leaves my skin parched for a full 24 hours. These hydrating masks usually come in bulky containers that take up space, and since I don't use them daily, I end up with an awkward amount left over. Plus, jar formulas tend to lose moisture over time. This one comes in individual packets - six of them - which is just right. When I first opened one, I thought there was a lot of product, but it's actually the perfect amount. The key is to apply it generously across your entire face. Don't spread it thin - this is a hydrating mask, so layer it on thick before bed. In the morning, it absorbs beautifully. The volume disappears, leaving just a slight tackiness that rinses away smoothly and leaves your skin feeling silky. There's something so satisfying about waking up with skin that feels plump and hydrated after being so parched. In winter, a cream sleeping mask might be better, but this one is great for coating and nourishing your skin overnight. Con: The packaging won't open. There's a perforated line, but it's so stubborn that I can't even tear it with my teeth - I've tried pressing on each perforation multiple times with no luck. The amount you get is seriously generous - I was honestly shocked at first! Once it absorbs into your skin, your face feels incredibly firm and bouncy. The scent wasn't really my thing. When I washed my face at night and simply applied it as a cream, there were no issues at all I used it as a sleeping mask, and after a day passed, my entire face where I applied it became swollen. The morning right after application, my lips started puffing up first, and then from the next day onward, my whole face felt puffy and itchy. I'm not sure which ingredient is causing it, but if you have sensitive skin, please be careful with this product
