I love how gentle and non-irritating this is to use, and the fact that it's fragrance-free is a huge plus! The packaging feels premium and satisfying to open and close. It's definitely a step above your typical vaseline lip balm, and the best part is it doesn't feel sticky at all. Compared to other popular moisturizing products from competing brands, this one doesn't quite deliver the same level of performance.
