My lashes feel so much stronger and more lifted! I started using this after a friend's recommendation, and I'm really impressed. When I apply it before my mascara, everything stays put so much better throughout the day. Honestly, I haven't found any real downsides yet! I was already using a lash serum product, and when I heard a new version came out, I decided to give it a try. However, I found that it's more expensive, and honestly, I don't notice much difference in results between the two. So personally, I think sticking with the original formula is just fine. Both products have different packaging, but the ingredients and design are basically identical. They both cause a slight eye irritation, which is the same for both, but this new one is still good. Since I use it twice daily, I go through it really quickly. I wish the bottle size was bigger or that there were more frequent sales to make it more affordable. I got this after having my lashes lifted and it's been amazing. It applies so smoothly, keeps my lashes beautifully defined, and the formula is really generous. This product is amazing! The growth is a bit slower than I'd hoped, but my hair is definitely getting longer and fuller. My strands feel so much stronger and healthier now. I think it's because I've been applying it consistently every morning and night!!! If I had to pick something, I guess I'd love it if it worked even faster to promote hair growth, haha Consistency is key with this one - applying it regularly really makes a difference

I can actually see my lashes growing in thicker and fuller! Just be careful because it stings quite a bit if it gets in your eyes, and I'd recommend skipping it before doing eye makeup. I apply it to both my upper and lower lash lines, and even on my brows too for extra nourishment. I use the brush to sweep it on smoothly, then gently dab it with the applicator tip. The key is applying it regularly throughout the day whenever you remember, and that's when you'll really start seeing those amazing results!

This is hands down the best lash serum I've tried! My lashes were getting weak and falling out from perming, but this product made such a noticeable difference. I did experience a bit of eye irritation. If you have sensitive eyes, just keep that in mind. I didn't think the price was particularly expensive, probably because enough time has passed since I bought it. I remember getting it at a slightly lower price with a 2+1 promotion. Everyone seems to have great things to say about it. There's no eye irritation, and the formula is really good. The applicator tip has that rounded brush at the front just like the one I used before, which makes it super convenient for creating defined brows and applying to the lower lash line. With 10ml of product, I'd say that's a generous amount. The results didn't really match the hype I saw in Instagram ads. I've been applying it diligently, but I'm not seeing much difference yet. I'm still using it with the hope that once I finish the bottle, I'll notice a change. Another frustration is that after I apply it, as time goes on, the product clumps and sticks together. I think that's a pretty major drawback. It doesn't come off easily either. I'm sure applying it too generously is partly my fault, but it's also tricky to control the amount. I've been using Vibralb consistently, but this is my first time trying the Rich Essence. True to its name, because it's so rich and nourishing, I've noticed the results work faster and feel more effective. Plus, there's no irritation around my eyes, which I really appreciate. I haven't found any downsides so far, but I should mention that you won't see dramatic results overnight. You really need to use it regularly to see the full benefits. For best results, apply it regularly—once in the morning before your makeup routine and again at night before bed. Consistency is key to getting the most out of this product.
