I picked this up because my face gets really dry in winter. I was already loving the Wellage ampoule, so I grabbed this toner with high hopes. It seems like a decent toner for summer, but honestly, it falls a bit short for winter. It just doesn't tackle that deep-down dryness I was dealing with. When I first applied it, it felt way too watery, so I didn't get that hydrating feeling I was looking for. Don't get me wrong, this toner isn't bad or anything, but I don't think winter is the right season for it. I'm going to need to switch to a toner with more moisture-locking power. That said, if you have oily skin, this toner should do a great job keeping dryness under control! Like I mentioned, it just doesn't handle that deep-down dryness well enough.
