I couldn't find anything positive about this product. I had no confidence that this was a legitimate item. I requested a sample to test before purchasing, but it arrived in a plain, unmarked bottle. There were no ingredients listed, just a basic label slapped on saying hand wash or body wash. The fragrance was either forgotten or never added because all I got was basically surfactant solution that barely produced any lather. I was honestly shocked and disappointed. I was curious so I decided to try the sample. The formula is really lightweight and it creates such a rich, luxurious lather. My skin was feeling dry, but after showering my complexion felt incredibly soft and smooth. The scent is definitely polarizing - it might not work for everyone. To be honest, it felt too much like a harsh cleanser to me. The ingredients are quite gentle compared to other products, and the formula feels fresh and lightweight. After application, there's barely any sticky residue left behind. While it doesn't deliver dramatic results, the product performance is solid. I highly recommend it. I don't have any complaints about the product itself, but I was really worried when it kept going out of stock at different retailers. I thought it was being discontinued. For dry, sensitive skin types, I was really hoping this rose-scented body wash with panthenol would be the answer It's quite drying, and honestly the ingredient list isn't impressive. The fragrance is way more subtle than I expected, which is disappointing. Plus, the formula feels too thin and watery, so the overall experience just isn't there for me. I don't think I'd repurchase this one

Since I work out regularly, I shower lightly both morning and evening, so I really care about choosing the right body wash. I've had my skin turn red from using the wrong body wash before, so now I always check the ingredients carefully before buying. I was really impressed that it passed the gentle skin sensitivity test, and the fact that it's not tested on animals was a huge plus for me. At the gym shower where there are lots of people, I often skip using body lotion, but this one has such great moisturizing power that my skin doesn't feel dry at all. I recommended it to my friends who work out too, and they loved it when they tried it! I bought it because I want to try other products from the line besides the panthenol body wash. The formula feels too thin and doesn't create much lather. I looked into the ingredients and I wish they were a bit more effective in that area. If you use it straight from the bottle, it won't produce much lather. After using this body wash, my skin feels moisturized without any dryness, and I love that. I don't really have any complaints, but while the pump works great, it does dispense quite a bit of product at once. I'm worried I'll go through it faster than expected.
