The formula looked promising with quality ingredients and frequent discounts, but when I searched for reviews, I only found posts from people who received it for free. Since there weren't any authentic purchase reviews, I'm sharing my honest experience after buying it myself. The cream absorbs quickly, and on days when my skin is in good condition, my complexion looks noticeably smoother and more supple the next day. However, when my skin is sensitive, this product actually irritates it. My skin normally handles retinol, vitamin C serums, and similar actives really well, but after using this for just 3 days during a sensitive period, my skin completely flared up—something that hasn't happened in 9 years! I still gave it 4 stars because I realized my skin sensitivity might have been heightened due to hormonal changes at the time. As I mentioned, on days when my skin was calm, the product performed well. So I'm planning to give it more time and try it again. I also reached out to customer service urgently, and the team member was incredibly helpful and kind. Even though my skin was uncomfortable and people were asking what happened to my complexion, their support made me feel reassured that things would improve soon, so I wasn't too upset about the experience.
The product contains fragrance, and I was surprised by how weak the scent is. Plus, as I mentioned before, on days when my skin is sensitive, this can actually cause irritation and flare-ups. I suspect the fragrance might be the culprit since I haven't had issues with the other ingredients.
Just to be safe, I'd recommend using this on days when your skin is feeling calm and balanced.
