I tried this product at Joseon Palace and it was displayed there, so I gave it a shot. I was absolutely impressed! I've made it my go-to product now. It has this wonderful bouncy texture and the absorption is fantastic. I'm definitely planning to keep using it. I received this sample toner as a gift with my concentrate purchase. For a toner, it's surprisingly hydrating and moisturizing. During summer, I find that just layering it with an exfoliating toner is enough for my skin. I can't really think of any downsides. I'm definitely planning to repurchase this once I finish my current toner.

The texture is incredibly lightweight, almost like water, but when I apply it to my skin, there's this amazing sensation of deep hydration sinking in. That's why I use it as my first step after doing a gentle, fragrance-free exfoliating toner for initial cleansing. The glass bottle feels so luxurious and premium. At first, I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't see inside to check how much was left, but then I realized the opaque design actually protects the formula from light exposure, and now I appreciate that thoughtful detail. The only minor inconvenience is that I can't see the remaining amount, so I have to gauge it by the weight or the sound when I shake the bottle. Other than that, there's really nothing to complain about. The price is a bit steep for a toner, which is a small drawback, but honestly, with this beautiful scent, premium bottle quality, excellent absorption, and the hydration it delivers, I think it's worth every penny. I received this as a gift and ended up loving it! It's really gentle on my skin and the hydration is fantastic. The lightweight texture makes it so easy to apply. Since this is a richer, more nourishing formula, I found that I need to pat it in thoroughly to help it absorb properly before applying my next product. Perfect for fall and winter because it feels so hydrating and moisturizing. Though honestly, most toners with this kind of texture deliver similar results. The dispenser releases way too little product each time, which makes it impractical for cleansing purposes.

Even though I have sensitive skin, this product wasn't irritating at all. I applied it directly with my hands instead of using a cotton pad to remove it. While the formula does contain 20 ingredients with 3 potentially sensitizing components, I found it worked well for my sensitive skin. It would have been better without those 3 potentially irritating ingredients out of the 20 total components. Otherwise, there's nothing else to complain about.

It's reliable and I haven't experienced any irritation or breakouts. The fragrance is quite strong and doesn't feel like a typical skincare product. I'm personally sensitive to scents, so it was a bit off-putting for me. That said, if they could tone down the fragrance, this would be a staple toner I'd always keep on hand.
