I used similar products from other brands and thought maybe that ingredient just wasn't right for my skin. But after trying this product, I realized it wasn't that ingredient at all—it was something else that was causing the issue. This is my holy grail product, honestly. My skin texture has become so smooth, my complexion looks brighter, and there's absolutely no irritation. The hydration is perfectly balanced too, so I literally only use this one product. I used a brightening product from another brand with different active ingredients, and I thought my entire face was going to peel off. I wondered if this ingredient just wasn't right for my skin, but then my friend gave me a sample to try. It worked out great, so I decided to buy the full size. My skin is oily and sensitive, and I had some acne issues when I was younger that left dark spots and marks all over my face. After using this serum ampoule and essence, my skin improved so much. It really works well with sensitive skin too. Since I started using this, people keep telling me my skin looks so much brighter and more radiant. It's technically an ampoule, but the texture is as light and fluid as a toner. It's not sticky at all, but there's definitely a hydrating feel to it that I really appreciate. I've been purchasing and using the entire Cellium line except for the cream, and I'm really happy it works so well with my skin. I'm using the essence and ampoule together, and I've noticed my complexion looks noticeably brighter. I didn't buy the cream since I already have a hydrating moisturizer I'm using, but once I finish that, I'm planning to try all three products together. The ampoule has a liquid consistency, so you can apply it just like a toner. I use it like a toner, but the 50ml size is pretty small, haha. I actually called to ask about the essence, and they explained that the ampoule is a more concentrated formula than a toner, so you only need to use a small amount each time. This product applies so smoothly and gently that it works beautifully on any skin type. Once it absorbs, your skin feels plump and hydrated without any sticky residue. The serum itself is fantastic, but the dropper is a bit quirky. After using it for a while, I noticed the dropper wasn't picking up the product anymore. Turns out, if you close the bottle while the dropper is pressed down, the serum gets pushed all the way up into the dropper. Well, if I had to say something positive, it does feel moisturizing. The amount you get is really small, and I didn't see any brightening results at all.

The formula is backed by peptides and vitamin C, and there are minimal unnecessary ingredients, which made me feel confident about my purchase. Another great advantage is that since it was a social commerce deal, the shipping was incredibly fast. The product turned out to be more irritating than I expected. I experienced a stinging sensation around my forehead, chin, and jawline area. I'm currently using a retinol 1% product three to four times a week, and the irritation was noticeably stronger the day after applying retinol. I think it's because of the vitamin C and tartaric acid in this product. Tartaric acid is an alpha hydroxy acid that's typically found in AHA products. I forgot about this and applied it the day after using retinol, which was a mistake. I expected the serum to have a thicker consistency since it's labeled as an ampoule, but it's actually a pure liquid formula. Honestly, this is disappointing. I wish they had added thickening agents to create a better texture and improve spreadability. The dropper is also quite flimsy. I've used many dropper products before, and this one is definitely the weakest I've encountered. While I had high expectations based on the ingredient composition, this product ultimately left me feeling let down. The absorption and spreadability were excellent, and I really loved how luxurious the packaging feels. I was disappointed with the dropper on mine - it doesn't draw up the product smoothly. Honestly, I can't really tell where the special benefits are coming through. It works better when I mix it with my cream.
