Adults can use it too, and you can wash your hair with it. It doesn't leave your hair feeling stiff or rigid. The formula seems really gentle and mild. My child has sensitive, atopy-prone skin, and with the weather getting drier lately, their condition has been flaring up again. That's why I'm being really careful and selective when choosing a cleanser. I've noticed that many cleansers claim to provide great hydration, but... I hope you'll be willing to wait longer. Also, the larger the product size, the better it is. Based on my experience, this product works better than what I used before. Want to know why? Irritated skin bounces back faster with the right care.

I've been in the hospital for five months following a car accident... Just before the review deadline, I was rushed to the hospital with severe dizziness and nausea, where I spent a week. For that entire week, I couldn't bathe because of the constant dizziness. On the day I was discharged, I couldn't go home with matted hair, so I finally showered after a week. Insomnia Hair and Body Wash~~ I was truly grateful to have a product that could cleanse both my hair and body in one go. My legs were still uncomfortable, my shoulders ached, and my head was still spinning, but this hair and body wash made everything so convenient and manageable in a single step. I was really thankful for that. When I pumped it out, the sweet fragrance lifted my spirits so much. For reference, I'm not usually a fan of artificial fragrances and typically stick to unscented products, but this time the scent actually helped shift my mood and brought me comfort. It helped me forget, even just for a moment, that distinctive hospital smell... I had some bruising on my arm from the IV line and some irritation from the medical tape, but this product worked perfectly fine for me. I was worried the irritation might get worse, but there was absolutely no problem. Since it uses such gentle ingredients that even babies and pregnant women could use, I think that's why someone like me—a patient with a severely weakened immune system—could use it safely. The lather was rich and abundant, and after rinsing, my hair didn't feel stiff at all. As I dried my hair, it felt so smooth and silky, which made me really happy. After a week of matted, sticky hair, using this hair and body wash felt like removing chunks of that stubborn buildup. The design was adorable too, with a panda illustration on it (I wonder if it's the famous Fu Bao~~?). Thank you for making me feel good throughout the entire washing experience. So far, there's nothing negative to report. I'm still enjoying using it. The expiration date is far enough away that there's really nothing to complain about. Since this product has given me such a refreshing and pleasant feeling, I honestly can't think of any drawbacks. I'm sure everyone does this, but since I have an oily scalp, I start by gently lathering just the back and crown area, then on the second wash, I massage my entire scalp while cleansing.
