The oil-to-moisture ratio is around 15% oil and 85% hydration, and the balance is absolutely perfect. Even if you have oily skin, when you apply a cream that's only packed with moisture, it eventually dries out and actually makes your skin produce even more oil. But this cream nails that balance so well that it even tackles dehydrated skin underneath. If you have dry skin, I'd suggest applying it in thin layers 2-3 times or mixing in a drop of gentle oil. Recently, I was dealing with some congestion, inflamed breakouts, and contact dermatitis that made the area around my eyes really itchy. After using this cream, everything cleared up completely. It really gets the oil-moisture balance right, and the soothing effect is genuinely top-notch. Looking at the ingredients, there's nothing particularly special added, but the formula is just so well-balanced. It's so much more comfortable than regular barrier-repair creams, it's not heavy, and the results are fantastic! The large size is a thing, but honestly it didn't bother me since I transfer it to smaller containers anyway. If you have sensitive or acne-prone skin, you really need to try this! Honest review with my own money - 100% genuine! - Hydration is incredible! I used to deal with serious dry patches that needed a humidifier and facial mist combo constantly, but since I started using this panthenol cream, my skin has improved so much - Generous size! Why limit it to just your face? This product has so much product that body lotion and cream lovers can absolutely use it on both face and body - I highly recommend it! - If you have sensitive skin, patch testing is a must! My skin is on the sensitive side, so I was worried after reading mixed reviews, but I'm happy to say it's working great for me! If you're concerned about milia or whiteheads, definitely adjust the amount you use! I wish they'd release a tube version too! The large size is amazing, but honestly I'm worried about hygiene since I have to open and close this big jar every time I use it. It would be perfect if they offered both the jar and a tube option! This cream is gentle and doesn't irritate my skin. I have rosacea-prone skin, and I've been loyal to this formula for 2 years now The packaging really needs an upgrade. Honestly, that's the only thing I wish were different about this product I keep it in the fridge and apply a generous amount before bed, then wake up with beautifully hydrated, dewy skin

When I tried this cream for just 2-3 days, the inflammation under my eyes went down, so I thought I'd finally found the right product. I was convinced that with consistent use, my skin could recover. The first week was really promising. The application was smooth, it absorbed beautifully, didn't feel sticky, and left my skin feeling fresh and clean. Once I got past the first week, my skin started turning red again, inflammation came back, and I felt dryness setting in. My skin became even more sensitive. After two weeks of use, I realized this product just wasn't right for my skin. The generous size means once you buy it, you'll be using it for a really long time. I was already a fan of panthenol, so I decided to give this a try. It's gentle, the ingredients are solid, and my skin loves it with no irritation whatsoever. I'm getting great results and the amount barely seems to go down. Seriously, this is an enormous amount! I even use it on my body after showering sometimes. The texture is a lightweight cream formula. Not really anything negative. The only thing is the container is quite large, so it's a bit inconvenient to carry around with you.
