I used this together with Omabebe Cica Leisure Cream. I applied the leisure cream alone first, and when I felt my skin getting dry, I layered this on top. The emulsion has a refreshing, cooling sensation that really helps calm down facial redness and heat, which I absolutely love. There's a slight alcohol-like scent that might not work for people who are sensitive to fragrance. Also, it leaves a bit of stickiness on your hands after application.

I've been using this for two years now and my skin texture has genuinely improved so much. I apply it like a sleeping mask at night, and since there's plenty of product, I love being generous with it. My face tends to get hot and flushed easily, but this really helps calm the heat and has done wonders for reducing redness. I highly recommend it! I honestly haven't found any downsides yet. The only thing is that there's so much product that it lasts forever, which I guess is more of a positive than a negative. I apply a generous amount like a sleeping mask before bed at night. This formula has such a rich, concentrated texture that even a little bit goes a long way and gives you that luxurious, full coverage feel I thought this would be amazing for reducing redness, but honestly it didn't really deliver on that front for me

I tested so many different items that were supposed to be great for sensitive skin, but I keep coming back to this one. I'm on my fourth bottle now! This emulsion is absolutely perfect for my skin because I'm extremely sensitive to cosmetics, and even the slightest bit of excess oil causes breakouts. It's truly my holy grail product. My skin has improved so much since I started using it. This product is absolutely flawless for me. I've been using this for years, even before the reformulation. My skin is really sensitive and reactive, so most products leave it feeling tight and itchy, but this one works perfectly for me. Even during winter, I don't need to apply anything else on top—my skin stays comfortable all day. I wish they'd put this on sale more often. Since the reformulation, it feels like the price has gone up, which is a bit disappointing. For makeup application, I recommend using a clean cushion puff to gently press the product into your skin and blend out the base a bit. This helps your makeup apply more smoothly and look more polished.

If you're looking for more intense hydration than what Omaveve typically offers, layering it two or three times should give you all the moisture boost you're after. I found it works better when applied in the morning rather than the evening. It helps makeup go on smoothly and feels lightweight enough that it doesn't weigh you down throughout the day, so there's no uncomfortable feeling at all.

I can't quite tell yet how effective it is overall, but so far so good. It doesn't seem to absorb well into my skin. It glides on smoothly without any sticky feeling, and it seems to work really well for my combination skin I think those with very dry skin might find the hydration a bit lacking during winter
