This cream absorbs beautifully into my heels and elbows, leaving them so soft and smooth! I tried the sample first and loved the results so much that I'm definitely buying the full size. It feels a bit slippery and leaves a residue on my hands, so I have to wash them afterward. I absolutely love how this feels on my skin—it's lightweight without any greasy residue, yet the hydration is incredible. When I apply it to dry, tight patches, my skin transforms into something so soft and smooth. I'm already on my second jar! The only letdown is the amount you get in each container. Otherwise, I really can't complain about anything else!

The scent is a bit tangy, though I'm not entirely sure what it is, but it's definitely not unpleasant. While a soothing cream alone leaves my skin feeling dry, this product actually delivers hydration. It's especially great when applied around the eyes and lips. I actually prefer this product over Zeroid SOS balm because it feels less greasy. There is one ingredient that isn't ideal for oily skin, which is a bit disappointing, but I didn't experience any breakouts, and I love how it hydrates without leaving that heavy, oily residue. This product has a gentle texture that feels soothing for sensitive, irritated skin. The moisturizing power is really impressive and keeps my skin feeling hydrated. I don't use this on my face, only on my body. I absolutely loved this product! I was really impressed with how well urea works for exfoliation. I noticed other reviews mentioned using it on the face, but since the instructions said to apply it to hands and feet, I only used it on my hands and arms. My hands are constantly in water from doing housework, and I've been terrible about applying hand cream regularly because I'm always busy or cooking, so my hands have gotten really dry with rough patches. They're starting to look like my grandmother's hands, honestly. But this product has such a lightweight, hydrating texture that feels like you're applying a moisture essence. Once it absorbs, your skin feels incredibly soft and smooth, almost like you've used a silicone-based cosmetic product. This is such a great product that it's making me want to buy it again right away! I don't have any complaints. Products with urea tend to have a thicker consistency, but this one has a lightweight, hydrating texture that feels so refreshing. I applied it to my face and neck. Looking at the full ingredient list, there's no fragrance and it seems packed with beneficial components. I was really happy to see this is a product I used for my kids when they were little from Neopharm! I wish the formula had a bit more moisturizing power. The formula is really well-formulated and gentle enough for sensitive skin without any irritation. I was hesitant after reading reviews about whether it was safe to apply on the face, but I'm glad it works great! The moisturizing power is excellent, and once applied, my skin feels incredibly smooth and soft. It's perfect for winter, but I think it might feel too heavy and greasy to wear during summer. Recommended for dry skin and winter use! It also works wonderfully on cracked heels and hands.

I'm really impressed—it's so smooth and the moisturizing power is fantastic! I don't have any complaints. I'd love to give it a try on my face next time if I get the chance.

Urea seems like the perfect cream for rough, calloused areas like hands and feet with thicker skin. When I used it on my feet, my skin transformed so quickly - it's like having baby-soft feet again! Zeroid does the job and meets basic expectations. Urea is better suited for areas other than your face, so use it elsewhere instead.
