Paid for it myself. Oily, acne-prone, and sensitive skin (with enlarged pores and scarring). Used consistently for over a year. Works well through all four seasons. The formula is a gentle, pH-balanced foam cleanser that leaves skin feeling comfortable without any tightness after washing. It cleanses effectively without irritation, though if you have very dry skin underneath, you might feel some tightness within 2 minutes. After using this product, I finally realized my acne was caused by my previous cleanser. The Zinc PCA ingredient really helped control excess oil, and switching from my old alkaline cleanser to this one made a huge difference—my breakouts decreased noticeably, and I could use it without any issues even after professional treatments. The downside is that because it's a foam formula, it runs out pretty quickly relative to the amount you get. Combined with the price point, the value for money isn't ideal. Pro tip: If you have acne-prone or oily skin, water-only cleansing just won't cut it! You absolutely need to use a gentle, pH-balanced cleanser both morning and night. - na******Da hỗn hợpDa nhạy cảmBã nhờn / Mụn đầu đenQuầng thâm mắtMẩn đỏĐược đề xuất24/09/2024 (UTC+0)
I really appreciated how gentle this product is on my skin. It also seems to do a great job with exfoliation. Honestly, I didn't find any real downsides. I thought the packaging size was just right too. - 73****Da dầuDa mụnĐược đề xuất05/09/2024 (UTC+0)
The gentle foam formula minimizes irritation while effectively cleansing your skin. This might not be the best choice for dry skin types. However, it works wonderfully for oily and acne-prone skin. - yc***********Da dầuDa mụnĐược đề xuất18/05/2024 (UTC+0)
I really appreciated that the product felt quite gentle and didn't irritate my skin Since this is a mild acidic cleanser, it has limitations when it comes to cleansing power - ck****Da dầuDa nhạy cảmDa mụnĐược đề xuất17/05/2024 (UTC+0)
I have sensitive, acne-prone skin and I'm really impressed that this doesn't cause any breakouts. It seems to be gentle enough for my reactive complexion. Fair warning: if you're taking this to the gym, it tends to drip and run. You'll want to be careful about that. - qq********Da thiếu nướcDa nhạy cảmDa mụnĐược đề xuất12/05/2024 (UTC+0)
This gentle, pH-balanced cleanser is really kind to your skin without any harsh irritation. At first, I wasn't sure if it was actually cleansing properly, but once I got the technique down, it leaves my skin feeling perfectly clean and refreshed. I'm really happy with how it works. Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say about this product. Do I really have to make something up just to write a review? - su**********Da dầuDa mụn14/04/2024 (UTC+0)
I love that you can use this without a foaming net. Since it's pH-balanced and gentle, I've been using it in the morning. Nothing really stands out as a downside, but if you have oily skin, you might find the cleansing power isn't quite strong enough for your evening skincare routine.
xk*******Da dầuDa nhạy cảmDa mụnĐược đề xuất11/04/2024 (UTC+0)Troubled skin needs you to alternate between slightly acidic and slightly alkaline cleansers, and for the slightly acidic cleansing step, I recommend this product and B.Plain's mung bean cleanser - both are incredibly gentle and come out as a foam, so I use this one in the morning for my cleanse. Once I established a solid cleansing routine, my skin barrier improved dramatically and my oil control got so much better. Cleansing really is everything, you guys - I literally spend all day thinking about skincare. **Here's what you need to know:** Slightly acidic cleansers have gentler cleansing power but are very mild. Slightly alkaline cleansers clean really well and manage oil effectively, but if you use a sensitizing product, your skin can become more reactive - choose carefully. Oil and balm cleansers have the strongest cleansing power while still managing oil safely, but you'll need a second cleanse with a slightly acidic product to make sure no oily residue is left behind. For your everyday routine, use slightly acidic plus slightly alkaline cleansers. On days you wear makeup, dissolve it first with an oil cleanser. Once or twice a week, incorporate a grain-based cleanser into your routine to manage dead skin cells. I've been using this for a while and it's been working well, but I've seen some reviews mentioning the ingredients. Personally, I haven't experienced any irritation at all, but just keep that in mind! For sensitive skin: 1. Avoid any harsh cleansing methods that create friction on your skin, like cleansing tissues, micellar water, or physical exfoliation. 2. Cleanse your skin as gently as you would handle tofu. 3. Use a soft face towel (I recommend Crisma face towels). - so******Da thiếu nướcDa mụnDa dị ứngLàm sáng da / Đốm thâmMẩn đỏĐược đề xuất10/04/2024 (UTC+0)
It lathers beautifully and cleanses really well without any irritation, which I absolutely love While it's gentle and mild, it doesn't seem to do much for acne-prone skin - to****Da hỗn hợpDa nhạy cảmĐược đề xuất01/03/2024 (UTC+0)
Love it! My dermatologist recommended this product, so I decided to give it a try. It cleanses my skin quickly and efficiently. It's pricier compared to other cleansing products available at Olive Young.
