Even though this ampoule has a thicker consistency, it doesn't sit on the surface—it absorbs beautifully and leaves my skin feeling dewy. I have combination skin that's oily on the surface but dry underneath, and when I used the cream and ampoule together, my skin felt so hydrated and plump that I was genuinely impressed. With most products I've tried, when the ampoule works well, the cream doesn't match my skin, so I don't use them as a pair. But Arkwell products are perfect for me, so I'm definitely using them together. This is a product that truly makes your skin glow. There's really nothing to complain about, but since you're asking me to list downsides, I'm honestly struggling to find any. Listen, if you use this ampoule alone, you're missing out. Seriously! Once you try it and feel how well it works for your skin, you absolutely need to pair it with the cream. Trust me on this. If you use this ampoule with other products, it's fine, but when you combine it with the Arkwell cream, that's when the magic happens. I have oily skin and this is my go-to essential product. I use it all year round, no matter the season. The size is a bit small, which is disappointing. I really wish they'd release a larger size! It's perfect as the first step right after cleansing. I've been using this consistently and I love that I can get it at a relatively affordable price through Hwahae. I always wish the quantity was more generous, but I'd definitely repurchase it. 1. This product is so hydrating that even a small amount keeps my skin feeling moisturized. That said, I'd recommend applying a generous amount after cleansing without holding back. 2. I also suggest layering a moisturizing cream on top. At first it felt a bit heavy on me, but since I have dry skin, I found that over time it doesn't feel as thick and the hydration lasts longer, which works really well for me.

I got a great deal with a Hwahae coupon. The formula is incredibly lightweight, almost like water, but still delivers amazing hydration. It feels so refreshing and dewy without being heavy, which makes it absolutely perfect for summer when you want something that won't weigh your skin down! The amount is a bit disappointing. If I use it daily, I think it'll run out in about two weeks. I think the fresh, clean feeling is what I love most about this product. If you're someone who enjoys that crisp, refreshing sensation, I'd definitely recommend it to you. I have combination skin, and my face was really lacking in hydration. After using this product, I'm so impressed with how much moisture it delivers to my skin. This product feels incredibly lightweight and gentle on the skin. I think it would be perfect for anyone with oily or combination skin types. I'm not entirely sure what the benefits of this product are. It feels a bit too light for my needs, and it has a consistency that's somewhere between a toner and a serum, which is a little confusing.
