I love how well it styles my hair. I definitely recommend it! I honestly didn't find anything disappointing about it. The packaging and formula are both easy to work with. I absolutely love that it comes in a tube format - no mess, no hassle. Everything else about it is pretty solid and does the job well. It's a shame that it's just so plain and ordinary. The scent is inoffensive, but honestly, I wish it had a more pleasant fragrance to it. Don't apply too much product. The tube format is hygienic and makes styling effortless with excellent hold that keeps everything in place. I can't really think of any downsides. It's great.
