My local salon owner recommended this product to me. My hair gets damaged easily from sun exposure, and this cream really helps prevent that while adding volume. My hair tends to be limp and lacks body, but when I apply this cream, I can definitely see more fullness on the treated side. While it doesn't actually repair already damaged hair, I noticed my hair got worse when I stopped using it for a while. This product really does seem to reduce heat damage from blow dryers and sun exposure. I finished a 500ml bottle and was about to repurchase, but I'm disappointed with the ingredient list. It works better when you apply it to damp hair rather than completely dry hair. When my hair is really damaged, I like to use this cream along with hair oil or other hair serums, and after a while I can definitely see the damage improve.
