Bold makeup doesn't always work for me, and I actually prefer a more natural, barely-there look. So I was searching for a lighter shade mascara when I discovered this one! It gives such a natural finish that I'm really impressed with it. I definitely recommend it! Nothing to complain about! I'm extremely satisfied with this product! Once I finish it, I'm planning to repurchase it. I've found that applying a primer before the mascara really makes a difference in preventing smudging and flaking. With less fallout, the look stays beautiful throughout the day without any smearing. I'm really happy with how it performs! Please keep in mind that if you have hooded eyelids, your lashes might droop a bit, so definitely check out other reviews! I loved how this mascara lengthens your lashes without looking clumpy or overdone—it gives such a natural finish. The brush is super thin, which makes it perfect for applying to your lower lashes too! I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who loves that natural, effortless look! I picked the brown mascara because it seemed like a fresh, new option based on the product description, but honestly, unless you're in really bright lighting, it's hard to tell if it's actually brown or black. The color difference just isn't that noticeable. When you're applying this to your lower lashes, try holding the brush upright—it works so much better that way!

It doesn't smudge easily and the staying power is fantastic, so I've been using it regularly. The formula contains fibers that add volume, and when I apply multiple coats, my lashes look noticeably longer. I love the soft brown shade too. I'm not sure if it's because I'm using a fixer, but even though I have monolids and straight lashes, it doesn't droop at all throughout the day. After a few hours, I occasionally noticed some fibers falling around my eye area. If you apply it as fixer-mascara-fixer, it absolutely won't budge or smudge.

Just looking at the packaging makes you want to keep it as a collectible, doesn't it? The brush has a half-moon shape, which makes application surprisingly easy! Plus, the brush is quite thin, so it's perfect for applying to the lower lash line too. True to its name "Natural Brown," this shade is a chocolate brown rather than a deep brown, making it ideal for creating a natural-looking makeup look! While it's not very visible in photos, there are thin thread-like fibers inside the formula. Luckily, it removes cleanly with makeup remover without any staining! It doesn't smudge, and the fact that it comes off so easily with remover is really wonderful. While the product is called "Volume and Curl," I'm not entirely sure about that claim, but thanks to the fibers inside, it does seem to create longer-looking lashes. Pros: - Beautiful packaging - Thin brush - Half-moon brush shape - Chocolate color - No smudging - Removes cleanly without staining - Creates longer lash effect - No clumping Since I have monolids, the formula tends to drop quickly, so the staying power is a bit disappointing for me. There's actually a downside I should mention: it does apply a bit clumpy. If you're looking for that clumpy, volumized style, this is perfect for you, but if you prefer a natural finish, I'd recommend passing on this one. I picked this up from Lala Bla without expecting much, but I'm absolutely obsessed with it! I usually hate heavy or overdone looks, so I typically just use a lash curler and fixer. This product gives me that natural finish while still creating those gorgeous doll-like lashes! It's supposed to smudge easily, but honestly, it stays put for over 12 hours without any budging. What a hidden gem! It didn't work for me. The thing is, regular cleansers don't remove it well. That said, a strong oil-based cleanser does the trick.
