It's a tinted lip product, but it feels like it's caring for my lips at the same time. When I apply it, my lips look moisturized and glossy. It even transforms my dry, flaky lips into smooth, plump ones! I have a deep undertone with clear to bright characteristics. The shade is way too muted for my lips, making my whole face look dull, so it's definitely not the right color for me. I think this would look much better on someone with a deep, muted undertone. I absolutely cannot live without this lip balm! I have not just the Flute, but also the No. 1 Baby and No. 3 Craze versions stocked up and using them all. I don't even need to explain—just look at the before and after photos I'm sharing with you. These are completely unedited pictures. I'm a bit embarrassed to show it, but you can see how my lips went from being thin and uneven to looking absolutely plump and full, right? Especially when I use the lip care properly and apply this, then wait about 30 minutes, my lips look so much healthier and genuinely beautiful. In the after photos, the first two show me layering No. 1 and No. 3 together, and the third one is No. 2 combined with a tint. As someone with cool undertones, No. 2 is absolutely my favorite. The formula is quite soft, so it does get used up pretty quickly, and since it's a lip balm, it inevitably fades away faster than I'd like. Don't rush and swipe it on quickly—apply it slowly and let it melt into your lips with your natural warmth. When you do that, the glossy finish is absolutely incredible.

Also, I have a cool undertone and light skin type, so it worked fine on its own, but if you have a deeper skin tone or prefer more intense colors, the color payoff isn't strong enough to wear alone—you'd probably need to layer it with another lip product. When your lips feel extremely dry, apply this before bed and you'll wake up with incredibly soft, smooth lips! Skin Tone: Light, Summer (Shades 19-21) | Naturally Deeper Lip Color The pink shows up beautifully, and because of my natural lip tone, it applies with a warmer finish. Lip Swatches 1. Before application - bare lips with no product 2. After one layer of Atte Glowy Lip Balm 3. After 2-3 layers of Atte Glowy Lip Balm under fluorescent lighting (Actual color on my lips: It came out as a warm rosy tone with red undertones!) What I Loved 1. Incredibly Hydrating Melting Texture I usually hate oily lip glosses, but this feels about 90 percent moisture-rich. The texture feels hydrating rather than oily when it touches your lips, and I absolutely adored it! 2. Comfortable Wear When you gently press it onto your lips and slowly blend it out, any dry patches smooth away without stickiness, and your lips feel so comfortable. I normally avoid lipsticks and glosses because I hate that heavy, coated feeling on my lips - I stick to tints instead. But this moisture-packed lip balm texture settles so beautifully on the lips and makes them plump and bouncy! I was so surprised that I kept reaching for it. 3. Impressive Color Payoff for Such a Hydrating Lip Balm Shade 2 Flute is a warm, muted rosy tone that works perfectly for summer or autumn muted undertones that take pink well - it's basically a my-lips-but-better shade! Since it's magnetic, I don't worry about the product spilling even if I don't close it perfectly by hand - that's such a nice touch. 1. Color May Not Suit Every Skin Tone For a lip balm, this warm my-lips-but-better shade is pretty unique, so while it might be perfect for some people, those with deep undertones or cool-toned light skin - especially if red and warm rosy tones don't flatter them - might find this shade a bit challenging. 2. Slightly Soft Texture Because the texture is so soft, there's a bit of product that transfers to the lip opening. But honestly, I think that's unavoidable when a lip balm is this hydrating - it just comes with the territory! Overall, the strengths definitely outweigh any minor drawbacks with this lip balm. It pairs beautifully with a lip liner! When you define your lip corners and lip line with a lip liner first, then apply the lip balm, your lips look fuller and have that gorgeous glossy finish. Don't rush the application - gently press it onto your lips and slowly apply it back and forth. This technique really brings out that gorgeous hydrated shine.
