Author Information - Skin Type: Dry skin lacking both hydration and oil - Skin Concerns: Pores, fine lines, breakouts, flaking - Skin Tone: Shade 17 with significant redness - Personal Color: Summer and winter light undertones Color It's a bright shade 19! The color doesn't look washed out at all—it's clean and luminous. It's definitely not yellow-based, and it's not overly pink either. It gives this naturally fresh, pure complexion tone! Since I have that in-between fair skin, finding the perfect shade is usually tricky, but this soft cream color is absolutely perfect for me! Texture It has a smooth, thin-melting cream balm formula! It comes out filtered through a mesh, and I found it slightly more fluid than expected—it feels like a blend of balm and hydrating cream. Rather than sinking in, it glides on smoothly with a layering sensation. Application When I tap it on, the adhesion isn't great, but when I press and smooth it, it applies beautifully! I found that pressing it all the way through (rather than just tapping at first) worked best. The puff releases the formula really well, so even with minimal product, pressing firmly gives excellent coverage! Since I'm blending while pressing, the amount control is easier than expected—I didn't even need to adjust my technique and just used it right away! Finish It doesn't have strong hold, and there is some transfer. Hair does stick to it, so if you have bangs, setting powder on your forehead is essential! That said, there's barely any smudging. The luminous shine transfers, but the color itself doesn't—that's the interesting part! Longevity The wear time isn't bad, but it's slightly lower than the average glow cushion. As time passes, oil gradually surfaces and the product naturally fades. The coverage gradually disappears while just the glow remains. However, there's zero creasing or clumping, and surprisingly minimal pilling! Since it doesn't break down messily, I think people with different preferences would really love this! Touchups I'm out from 7 AM to 10 PM, and I usually don't do any touchups at all. But with this cushion, I started feeling the need for touchups around evening! Fortunately, even when I reapply, it looks beautiful and isn't bothersome. I think just one touchup around 3 PM would be enough! Hydration Out of every cushion I've tried, this one has the best hydration! There's a difference between a glossy appearance and actual hydration, right? Since I have dry skin, even the most dewy glow cushions cause flaking and lifting if I apply them over just an exfoliating toner. But this is the first cushion that applies beautifully even with just a light toner, as if I'd built a solid skincare base! It has just the right balance of water and oil like a hydrating cream—it keeps flaking at bay and there's zero dryness! Glow Despite its strong hydration, the glow looks absolutely gorgeous! It's not that greasy, oily shine—it's a beautiful, luminous glow. Since the cushion itself has strong radiance, keeping the base light looked really pretty. While powder on the nasolabial folds looked nice, it's not absolutely necessary! (Many cushions require powder because they look too oily, you know?) Skin Appearance Since it's a balm type, I expected it to have coverage while looking thick, but it's the complete opposite! It applies naturally and clearly. It's not completely transparent glass skin, but it has decent coverage while still looking luminous and fresh. There's zero feeling of heavy coverage, and it creates this smooth, pure complexion look! I started using it from late September, and it worked great for that time of year too! Coverage It's not particularly exceptional, but compared to other cushions, it's solid. Rather than covering blemishes, it smooths out skin texture. It covers about 80% of imperfections, so I went without concealer! Surprisingly, dark circles are corrected well in tone, so the coverage is quite good for a glow cushion! Usually, cushions alone make my dark circles more noticeable, but this one naturally layers over them with coverage. Of course, dark circles always need concealer regardless of which cushion you use. Pore coverage is decent too! It fills in the pores on my T-zone beautifully and creates a smooth finish. Even when I rush through skincare, there's zero pore emphasis and it applies gorgeously! Case The cushioned case is absolutely stunning! It's not white—the color is so luxurious that I think it's the prettiest cushion in the Vanilla Co. line! The puff shape is a bit inconvenient. I wish the top part were a regular hexagon instead of curved! Of course, I'm way more satisfied with this than a simple circle. - hu*******Da hỗn hợpDa dị ứngBã nhờn / Mụn đầu đenQuầng thâm mắtKhô từ bên trongLỗ chân lông toMẩn đỏTế bào da chếtĐược đề xuất07/09/2025 (UTC+0)
The Vanilla Co. Essence Skin Duo Cushion in shade 19 Soft Cream has a creamy formula that glides on smoothly and feels incredibly hydrating. I absolutely loved how it delivers a natural, luminous glow from within while letting your skin's natural texture shine through. It provides subtle coverage for redness and uneven tone without looking heavy, giving you that fresh, radiant complexion. Plus, thanks to the patented powder technology, the color stays true and doesn't darken throughout the day—I was really impressed with how long-lasting it is. The rich, hydrating texture can feel a bit slick on oily or combination skin. Since it has a creamy formula, it might feel heavier during hot weather, so keep that in mind. Also, the coverage is on the sheer to medium side, so if you're looking for full, heavy coverage, you might find it a bit underwhelming. If you want a more dewy finish, try gently pressing the cushion with the puff and layering it a few times—this really brings out that natural, subtle glow beautifully. For areas where you tend to get oily, blot gently with a tissue first, then set lightly with powder to minimize shine and prevent the product from breaking down. During the drier fall and winter months, you can mix it with a moisturizer or serum to boost both hydration and adhesion for a flawless, long-wearing finish. - he********Da hỗn hợpDa nhạy cảmDa mụnLàm sáng da / Đốm thâmKhô từ bên trongNếp nhăn / Độ đàn hồiLỗ chân lông toTế bào da chếtĐược đề xuất07/09/2025 (UTC+0)
Product Name: Vanilla Co Essence Skin Duo Cushion No. 19 Soft Cream The shade is absolutely gorgeous with a warm, creamy tone that makes your complexion look radiant and luminous. Since this is an essence skin cushion, it's incredibly hydrating and moisturizing, making it perfect for winter use. What really impressed me most is how beautifully designed the cushion compact itself is. The magnetic closure feels luxurious and premium, and the lightweight cushion is so convenient to carry around for touch-ups throughout the day. I especially recommend this cushion for those with very dry or sensitive skin types. If you struggle with dryness during the colder months, this hydrating cushion is definitely worth trying. Highly recommended. The balm-type cushion comes in a mesh net, which can make it a bit tricky to control the amount of product you dispense. However, there's a handy control panel on the side that makes it easy to adjust the amount, so it's not really a major issue. When I rubbed it on, the coverage and adhesion weren't as seamless, but when I gently patted it onto my skin, the cushion blended beautifully and adhered much better to my complexion. - qo*********Da thiếu nướcDa nhạy cảmLàm sáng da / Đốm thâmTế bào da chếtĐược đề xuất01/09/2025 (UTC+0)
Skin Type: Combination and sensitive. My skin feels tight after cleansing, gets oily in my T-zone and around my nose by afternoon, and tends to dry around my mouth. Comparison with Other Cushions & Advantages: I've tried every Banila Co cushion release as soon as it drops, so I can really compare! This one is noticeably more hydrating than the White Cushion, and feels less heavy than the Pink Cushion. The coverage is slightly lighter than the first two, so it handles minor blemishes beautifully with a subtle, luminous finish that lets your skin texture show through naturally. Here's the best part—while the White Cushion sets incredibly well but makes touch-ups difficult, this one blends seamlessly for touch-ups! The White Cushion Moisture and Pink Cushion were both matte to semi-matte, but this feels like a semi-glow formula that works for combination to dry skin types. Since blemish care is trending and my spots have faded a bit, I was hoping to find a cushion with a nice texture that doesn't need super high coverage—and this is exactly it! Plus, the case design is absolutely gorgeous. Collecting all the shades shows such a cool evolution. On really humid days, I do need one touch-up, but it applies beautifully, so no complaints. I have a feeling I'll be reaching for this constantly during the fall season! And I'm thrilled there's no dryness around my mouth. Drawback: If you prioritize full coverage, you might find this a bit underwhelming. That said, achieving both hydration and heavy coverage is pretty much impossible, so I understand the trade-off. The White Cushion definitely has stronger coverage. Pro Tip for Combination Skin: Start with a hydrating base—think of it like using a balancing serum (similar to Numbuzin No.1 Serum) to control oil. The key is keeping things dewy, not matte. If you go too matte expecting that luminous finish, you'll actually trigger more oil production and the cushion will break down. The sweet spot is maintaining that hydrated, balanced look to prevent excess shine. Also, the Pink Cushion had some creasing and pilling issues, so I had to powder carefully. This one stays hydrated but actually doesn't need powder at all (though overdoing it can kill the glow and cause clumping). If you're nervous, just use a light mist of setting spray. Bonus: The first application picks up quite a bit of product! The case has a textured inner lid that helps with portion control. Gently dab the sponge on the textured surface to load the right amount of product.
