It feels so hydrating and gentle on the skin. I really love that it comes with a roller applicator, and the scent is fresh and uplifting! There's honestly nothing major to complain about. It doesn't leave residue on your hands and provides a refreshing muscle-relaxing sensation. The best part? You don't need to apply a separate massage cream, which makes the routine so convenient!! For oily skin types, this feels too heavy on the face. The product has a noticeable oily texture and the rich, thick consistency of the collagen formula can feel overwhelming. While applying a thinner layer would be ideal, it's tricky to control the amount, so I'd recommend using this as a body product instead!!

It feels refreshing the moment I apply it, and the moisture absorbs so quickly into my skin. I can tell that if I keep up with the lifting benefits, I'll see real results over time. It does have a slightly oily feel to it, and I have to keep using the lifting function and wipe it off with a tissue, which is a bit inconvenient for me.

I love using this as a gua sha tool because it glides so smoothly for a massage-like experience. I mainly use it on my neck and it feels incredibly refreshing. It seems to have more hydration than oil, and while there's just a tiny bit of tackiness, the overall feel is really pleasant. My facial skin is quite sensitive, so the gua sha tool was a bit too stimulating for my face. This really works wonders for reducing puffiness. When you massage from the center of your cheeks outward and take care of your jawline, the swelling goes down and your whole face looks more sculpted and defined. Plus, the gua sha tool itself has this naturally cooling sensation, so it's amazing not just for de-puffing but also as a general massage tool that feels incredible on your skin. I also love that you can swap out the cream cartridge. Once you finish it, you just pop in a refill and you're good to go. The fact that it contains both soothing and collagen-boosting ingredients means you get calming and firming benefits at the same time, which is honestly the best part. To be honest, the puffiness reduction is way too temporary. Sure, the swelling does go down, but it only really happens at the very beginning of your massage routine. After that initial moment, your face looks pretty much the same as before you started. It feels like the de-puffing effect is just short-lived. Also, the roller glides smoothly when you use it on bare skin without any cream, but once you apply the cream and try to roll it, the movement gets really stiff and clunky. The cream comes out from the top of the roller, and since it doesn't roll smoothly, the product doesn't spread evenly and just bunches up at the top.
