I have combination skin and this product applies smoothly without any issues, so I've been using it consistently year-round. My husband, who has oily skin, also loves it because it feels lightweight and doesn't leave a greasy residue. He's been happily applying it just like I do. I used this every day when I had breakouts, and I was amazed that nothing came to the surface of my skin The hydration doesn't feel very strong, so it's better suited for people with acne-prone or oily skin. I've been a loyal fan of this product for years now. It keeps my skin beautifully hydrated and feels so gentle and soothing. I absolutely love it. I can't really think of anything that disappoints me about it. I used this product during a period when I was dealing with contact dermatitis, and I have to say I'm really impressed. The application is so smooth and silky, and it absorbs beautifully into the skin. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you use too much, it can feel a bit heavy or pill slightly. If you apply too generously, there's a tendency for it to pill, so I'd recommend adjusting the amount based on your skin's needs at the moment. Other than that, everything about it is fantastic. I personally found the best results by applying it in thin, layered coats in the evening, spacing out each application so the product could fully absorb between layers.

I've never been a fan of heavy, thick formulas, but once I hit my mid-thirties, I realized that anything too lightweight left my skin feeling parched. This product is a total game-changer because it delivers on both fronts. I really appreciated that the tube format makes application much cleaner and more hygienic compared to scooping from a jar, plus it's incredibly convenient to use. My skin gets reactive as soon as it becomes dry, and it's quite sensitive too. Whenever I use the wrong product, I end up at the dermatologist getting prescriptions, injections, and dealing with all sorts of complications. Every time I switch to a new skincare product, I apply it nervously, worried it won't work for my skin. But this product caused absolutely no issues, and the hydration is fantastic, so I've become a loyal user. Belief products seem to be the best option for using without major irritation. I know "no problems" might not sound impressive, but for someone with sensitive skin like me, the fact that it causes zero reactions is actually an incredible advantage. I want to emphasize that. While I can't claim dramatic results like having poreless skin or baby-soft skin, the ability to use it comfortably without any irritation is what keeps bringing me back to Belief, no matter what else I try. That's the real appeal for me. This is my own fault for being greedy, but because my skin is dry and I apply it generously, there's some clumping even though it's an emulsion. I wondered if it was dead skin cells, so I exfoliated, but when I apply a lot, it still clumps. When I used the same amount of another product, there was no clumping, so I think it's just how this particular formula works. However, as I mentioned at the beginning, my generous application causes the clumping. Once I adjusted to the right amount, it applied smoothly and beautifully with no issues.
