I was a bit hesitant using this since there weren't many reviews available. My skin is sensitive, and sunscreen alone tends to trigger breakouts for me (I'm always torn between worrying about sun damage and acne, honestly). Plus, whenever I apply sunscreen and then do my makeup, it always pills and looks patchy, which is so frustrating. This product has 3 ingredients I needed to be cautious about, and it has fragrance too, so I was nervous. Thankfully, none of my concerns came true! Here's what I loved: 1. The instant cooling effect is seriously impressive. My face felt refreshed the moment I applied it. 2. My usual mineral sunscreen becomes impossible to apply makeup over if I use enough product, but this one? I could apply a generous amount and still do my makeup perfectly. It's genuinely excellent compared to other organic options. 3. And this is the best part, the application is absolutely smooth. It's not sticky at all. It truly lives up to its name as a sun essence. It doesn't feel heavy or thick. I applied toner and serum beforehand without fully letting them absorb, just went straight in with this, and it blended beautifully. I even layered it three times and it applied flawlessly every time. It's the best. I just wish it were a bit more affordable. If it were, I'd honestly be recommending it to everyone around me. Buying this is a smart move.
