My family mentioned they noticed dark spots around their eyes and heard that vitamin C is great for skin, so I decided to look for a suitable vitamin-infused skincare product. I was concerned that pure vitamin C might be too irritating and require careful application, so I opted for a gentler vitamin derivative formula that's safe to use during the day. I apply it to my cheeks at night after cleansing. The price point is reasonable too. The formula is solid, fragrance-free, and straightforward. The built-in applicator makes it convenient to use, which seems to be the standard for most treatment pads these days. Overall, it's reliable. My family is using it without any issues. People with sensitive skin or existing irritation might experience some sensitivity. I noticed slight irritation on one side of my face, though it didn't cause any breakouts. My skin tone has definitely improved compared to not using anything. The pads feel quite thin, and the adhesion isn't as strong as I'd like. The essence seems to be absorbed in smaller amounts too. Looking at the specs now, there's only 130ml of essence, but other toner pads typically come with around 70 sheets and 200ml. That means the price-to-volume ratio isn't competitive. So I end up needing at least two pads per application, and I have to use quite a bit on my forehead as well. I've used other toner pads before that were thicker, and just one sheet was enough to replace my regular toner while keeping my skin hydrated and adhering well. These thin pads would be fine if they stuck better, but compared to the jelly pads I've tried, the adhesion is noticeably weaker. • Clean and lightweight with no sticky residue. • The pads are incredibly thin compared to other brands. Plus, there's no irritating fragrance. They're perfect for gently wiping your face or using them under the eyes to hydrate your skin after showering or applying toner, right before you layer on your next skincare products. There's really nothing to complain about. It's gentle and non-irritating. I've had lots of age spots and freckles since I was young, so I always make sure to use vitamin C and sunscreen. Right now I'm using a vitamin C ampoule, and I heard there was also a pad version, so I decided to try it out. - Pad The pad is quite large, so I can easily apply it to my cheeks and forehead. It's on the thinner side, so it stays in place even when I'm doing other things. When I use it on my chin and nose, I just tear it in half, and it tears cleanly without any fraying, which is really convenient! - Vitamin C Vitamin C is so amazing for anti-aging, so I think it becomes more and more important to use it as you get older. Especially for people like me who have lots of age spots, it's absolutely essential. I use vitamin C in the morning and retinol or hydrating products at night. If I apply it before blow-drying my hair, I can easily get my vitamin C routine done, so it's perfect for daily morning use. (Just remember, you absolutely have to apply sunscreen after using vitamin C!) - Tweezer Holder When you open the container, there's a slot where you can store the tweezer. If I just keep the tweezer inside or outside the container, I worry about dust and hygiene. Being able to store it right near the lid is really convenient. - Finish The vitamin C serum I usually use feels sticky after application, but this product leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean, just like I've used a hydrating toner. That's why it's perfect for summer use, and I'm really enjoying using it right now. I haven't really noticed any downsides. The pads are a bit textured, so if you have sensitive skin, I'd recommend being extra gentle when removing them—I just gave mine a light swipe. I really love the packaging too! The tweezers are cleverly designed to keep the pads from touching the container, which feels really hygienic. The names "Vitamin" and "Lemon" sound like they'd be harsh, but honestly, they're surprisingly gentle and soothing! The pads have a slightly rough texture, so if you have very sensitive skin, it's probably best to avoid rubbing them on your face.
