I was so happy with the Biplane Cicathrol Ampoule that I decided to try their toner too, and it's a fantastic cica toner that isn't heavy or sticky at all. Most toners are mostly water, so there's nothing particularly special about them. They gently cleanse away facial impurities and have almost no fragrance, which I appreciate. This product really helps calm down breakouts, which I love. It seems great to use year-round, and I'd definitely recommend it as a reliable choice.
