The pills are small and easy to take, which I really appreciate. Since they're unscented and flavorless, there's no unpleasant taste to worry about. At first, I didn't notice much of a difference, but after taking them consistently, I've seen a real improvement in my digestive regularity. I'm so happy with the results and will definitely be buying again. The effects weren't immediate, but once I started taking them regularly, I could definitely see a difference. The capsules are small and easy to take, and I haven't noticed any side effects. While I can't say for certain about the effectiveness since I'm alternating this with another women's probiotic supplement, I really appreciate that it comes in a dedicated probiotic container that's perfect for room temperature storage. The bottle itself is compact, which makes it super convenient to carry around. The price is a bit on the higher side. Also, even though the bottle is already pretty small, there's still quite a bit of empty space inside.
