I hold water in my mouth, pop the supplement in, and swallow, but if it tastes bitter, I naturally end up forgetting to take it after that... Since I work at a desk most of the time and don't get much sunlight, I've heard many times that I should be taking Vitamin D supplements. But because of that bitter memory, I couldn't bring myself to start. Then I won a spot in a product testing program, and it was like discovering a whole new world...!!! A small, great-tasting supplement that even kids can take!!!!! Since I'm actually taking it consistently, the tablets go down my throat smoothly, and even when I chew them, they taste refreshingly tangy with no weird aftertaste. I mainly chew and consume them, and because the vitamins taste so good, I actually remember to take them regularly. I really recommend this product!!! Overall, there's nothing disappointing about it, but I think it would be even better if there was a larger, bulk-size version available.

I'd especially recommend this to anyone who's struggled with taking vitamin pills in the past. The fruit flavor that bursts when you chew it is nice, but I found the capsule shell itself to be a bit chewy, so I preferred to swallow it with water instead. Vitamin D3 has better absorption than D2. You can take it with water or chew it, so you can choose whichever method works best for you. Even though it's a high-potency formula, it stays within safe intake limits, so one capsule should be all you need for your daily vitamin D. I normally can't take those big pill-shaped supplements or anything bitter, but these are small and sweet like gummies, so they're so easy to take that I want to have them all the time! I took them twice a day, morning and evening, and while I can't say for sure about the effects yet, I do feel a bit less tired...? I think I'll need to keep taking them consistently to really notice a difference, but since I wear a lot of sunscreen and don't get much sun exposure anyway, I definitely needed that vitamin D boost. I have a good feeling that the more I take these, the better I'll feel! The only minor thing is that if the supplement itself were a little bigger, or if the container were smaller, it might be even more convenient to take!

My husband enjoys them too and we're taking them together. While I can't say the supplement is 100% responsible, I noticed something interesting - when I got busy with work and forgot to take them for about a week, my skin really started to suffer. I didn't notice dramatic improvements while taking them regularly, but I definitely felt the difference when I stopped. Now I'm committed to taking them consistently! The shell is quite thick, and when I chew them, they stick to my teeth a bit, which makes them uncomfortable to take. Since I've only been using them for a week, I haven't experienced any significant results yet. I'll continue using them for a bit longer and share an update with you soon! Give it a fair try for at least a week or more to see the real benefits!
