I wouldn't say I feel like I'm bouncing off the walls all day, but I've definitely noticed my eyes open more easily in the morning now. That's what I'd call having real vitality. The capsule is pretty large, and even after I swallow it with water, I can still taste that distinctive soft gel flavor lingering in my throat. This is the only supplement I found that helps lower blood pressure, so I got it for my parents and they're seeing really great results! I can definitely feel the difference in how my immune system is responding! I've been dealing with constant colds, but I'm managing so much better now. I work night shifts and CoQ10 is essential for me, so I'm taking it regularly and it's working great. I love that it comes in individual packets, but I wish the dosage was a bit higher. For the price, though, it's a good value.

It's only been a month so I can't say for sure yet, but I'm planning to keep taking it consistently to see the real results.
