My friend was dealing with a cold and used this spray, so I decided to try it too and I'm really impressed! It has a sweet taste and it's supposed to be great for your throat, so I use it regularly now I don't have any major complaints, but I wish the spray dispenser had a bit more power. It's super convenient to carry around and lightweight. While it's not the most delicious flavor out there, it's definitely palatable enough that my child enjoys using it without fussing. I've had spray bottles break easily before, but this one from Cenovis has a really sturdy spray mechanism that holds up well. It's a bit pricey. The spray nozzle design doesn't allow for deep throat application, and the spray opening tends to get messy. If you have two children, sharing one bottle seems impractical. I love how easy it is to apply and consume this way - it's so convenient to use! This is really innovative. There's nothing really to complain about. It seems safe enough for adults to use too, so we can enjoy it together.

I realized I was taking too many capsule supplements, so I switched to propolis spray to reduce the number of pills I need to take daily. After I spray it, my throat feels nicely moisturized, which is why I keep using it consistently. It's especially a must-have during seasonal transitions! If you're someone who dislikes propolis's distinctive smell, the spray form might feel like too much for you.
