For office work especially, lutein is absolutely essential, and the fact that it also has omega is a game-changer, right? As someone who's addicted to smart supplements, I just have to keep taking this one. Plus, the pills aren't huge, so they're actually easy to swallow! Well, is it worth it? Cenovis is a trustworthy brand, so I'm taking it regularly and it's working out fine.

Everything they make seems to hit that solid average quality mark. I love that I can grab it easily whenever I visit Olive Young. The pebble-like shape is actually great because it goes down smoothly without any scratching or catching in my throat. I've noticed my eyes feel a bit less dry after using it. Individual Packaging I Love Omega-3 can go bad quickly because of its nature, so I prefer individual packets. This product comes individually wrapped, which makes it super convenient to take and gives me peace of mind knowing it stays fresh and hygienic. 3. Surprisingly Compact Size for an Omega-3 When I tried another brand's omega-3 before, the capsules were huge and I had to psych myself up just to swallow them. These are so much smaller that I can easily take two at once without any fuss. Honestly, I can't think of any real downsides... this omega-3 is a keeper. You really get what you pay for with this one. It's the only omega-3 product I've tried where you don't get that fishy aftertaste or smell coming back up. The price is a bit steep, but when I compared the ingredients to other options, the quality justifies the cost. It's actually pretty fair for what you're getting.
