I trust Cenovis and feel confident taking it regularly. Everyone knows milk thistle is effective, so I'm really happy with this product! The only downside is that the tablets are a bit large, which makes them a little difficult to swallow.

I honestly thought milk thistle was just for people who drink alcohol, but I learned that the liver does so much more than just process alcohol. It turns out liver support supplements are pretty important! One capsule a day is all you need, and I love that each one comes individually wrapped for hygiene. The value for money is great too. It's not like you'll feel some dramatic transformation overnight, but I've definitely noticed my energy levels seem a bit better. Whether that's a placebo effect or the real deal, I'm not entirely sure, but either way, I'm pretty happy with it! The capsules aren't too hard to swallow, but they're on the larger side, so you'll need to drink plenty of water with them. On the plus side, they include B-complex vitamins, which is helpful. But since I'm already taking other supplements that also contain B vitamins, I'm a little concerned about getting too much.
