Since it's a gummy type, it tastes delicious every time I take it, so it feels like enjoying a treat. It didn't upset my stomach either. It's perfect to take like a snack. I already love gummies, so I'm really into chewable and gummy-type supplements anyway. But the most important thing is the taste just isn't there. Plus, it's so expensive that I don't think I'll be buying it again. One try was enough for me.

It's easy to remember to take it consistently, which is great. There are so many multivitamins on the market with 13 or 15+ vitamins, so I wish this one had more than just 10 ingredients.
