When I'm in a rush, I can even use it as an all-in-one cleanser, which is so convenient! It's so gentle that we haven't had any irritation or breakouts. I'm really happy with how mild it is! The bottle size is a bit small, which is my only complaint. But the formula is so good that I'm willing to overlook it. The ingredients are excellent, and it creates a rich, luxurious lather. Best of all, it doesn't leave behind a lot of residue after cleansing. Honestly, there's nothing I'd complain about. The pump dispenser is really convenient too. I just wish I could check if they offer a larger size option. My mother has a sensitive scalp and experienced itching after coloring her hair. She tried other shampoos, but they didn't really help with the itching. Since she noticed that Sera Vera shampoo significantly reduces the itching when she uses it, she now relies on this product exclusively. It's all about the ingredients! I picked this based on one key ingredient and didn't worry about anything else. First of all, I'm confused about why this is labeled as a shampoo and body wash. It should really be a rinse or conditioner. I'm honestly baffled why they released it as both a shampoo and body wash product. Did they even test this properly during development? As an adult, when I used it as a shampoo, the lather was disappointing, and after washing, my hair felt incredibly oily and slippery—I couldn't even tell if it was actually clean. My hair felt like it hadn't been washed in days. Plus, when I first squeezed the product onto my hand, the texture and consistency felt exactly like a rinse or conditioner, which made me second-guess myself while shampooing. When I rinsed it out, I was absolutely convinced it was a rinse. I can only imagine how frustrated anyone else using this would be. What a waste of money. I keep using this because the ingredients are so good for my kids. I really love how convenient it is as an all-in-one product. There's nothing bad about it - the lather is great. I purchased this from your website and I'm absolutely loving it! I can use it on its own without needing a conditioner or treatment, which is so convenient. Plus, it works great as a body wash too, so it's really practical. Since it's gentle and mild, my scalp feels so much better. The lather is fantastic, and even though my hair is a bit longer than shoulder-length, shampooing twice is more than enough to get it clean. The only downside is that the amount feels a bit small, but honestly, the quality is so good that I'm still really happy with it. I pump it twice into my hand to create a nice lather before using it. I was searching for a gentle shampoo because I treat my scalp like the delicate skin it is, and I'm so grateful I found this. This is my holy grail product now, and I'm sticking with it!

This product is different though—it feels so smooth while I'm shampooing, and even without using a separate conditioner, my hair comes out silky and manageable when I dry it. The brand says it's fragrance-free, but there's a subtle mugwort scent that comes through. Apparently that's because they use natural mugwort oil, and honestly, I don't mind it at all. Compared to products with SLS, the lather and cleansing power aren't quite as strong, which is a bit disappointing. Since I'm breastfeeding, I'm really careful about choosing body washes that won't affect my baby, so finding something this clean and gentle made me feel so much more confident! I tried this because it said it's safe for babies too, but I was surprised by how much lather it creates! I'm not comfortable using it on babies under 100 days old, so I think it's better to wait until after that milestone to start using it.
