When I first got the product, it looked a bit dry and I wasn't sure if it would blend well. But I was pleasantly surprised—it spreads so beautifully and effortlessly. The brush is incredibly soft too. I love that the all-black stick design gives it a bold, no-nonsense look, which I really appreciate. At first glance, both the product and brush seemed a bit stiff, but once I started using it, I realized the brush is absolutely fantastic. It's honestly hard to find any downsides. I was originally looking for a stick foundation, and after thinking it over, I decided to go with this one. I'm so glad I did—it's been amazing. Make sure to use the built-in brush generously, sweeping it across your skin as you apply. Then gently finish with a damp beauty sponge for a flawless, polished look. - ca*****Da hỗn hợpDa nhạy cảmĐược đề xuất18/05/2025 (UTC+0)
I absolutely love how easy and seamless this applies! The thin, smooth coverage is exactly what I wanted, and having the brush included makes blending even more effortless. Nothing particularly special about it. This is my first time trying a stick foundation, and I have to say it's surprisingly convenient to use. Here's my tip: twist the stick just slightly so product doesn't dispense too much, then gently tap it onto your face without pressing too hard. Blend it out with the brush and you'll get an incredibly smooth, sheer finish. - 5m****Da khôDa nhạy cảmĐược đề xuất05/03/2025 (UTC+0)
I really love how smoothly the foundation brush glides across my face! I have sensitive skin, but I don't get breakouts often so I can't really say for sure. - lo******Da khôDa nhạy cảmLàm sáng da / Đốm thâmBã nhờn / Mụn đầu đenKhô từ bên trongNếp nhăn / Độ đàn hồiLỗ chân lông toMẩn đỏTế bào da chết02/12/2024 (UTC+0)
Since I have a fair complexion, the shade matched perfectly. The brush is incredibly soft, so it applies smoothly and evenly. The coverage is excellent and it lasts all day long. I also love the fragrance. As someone with dry skin, I found this product quite drying. I usually need to use a lot of essence to keep my skin hydrated. - sl****Da thiếu nướcDa nhạy cảmBã nhờn / Mụn đầu đenQuầng thâm mắtKhô từ bên trongTế bào da chếtĐược đề xuất16/06/2024 (UTC+0)
This product comes with an attached brush, so you can apply it super thin and sheer. The brush has a curved design that makes it easy to blend smoothly onto every part of your face. It transfers onto my mask quite a bit, which is frustrating. Without wearing a mask, the wear time lasts all day long. When you apply it thinly with the brush and layer a bit more on areas that need extra coverage, it's so easy and convenient to cover up blemishes and imperfections. - d8********Da khôĐược đề xuất08/05/2024 (UTC+0)
It's really convenient - just rub it on your face and you're done. Plus, it applies so smoothly and thinly, which I absolutely love. The coverage isn't the strongest. It seems to go on quite sheer, which is why it doesn't provide as much coverage as I'd hoped. - gd*****Da thiếu nướcDa nhạy cảmDa mụnLàm sáng da / Đốm thâmKhô từ bên trongMẩn đỏTế bào da chếtĐược đề xuất05/05/2024 (UTC+0)
The coverage, application, and hydration are all pretty solid. I have porcelain skin tone, and the shade 21 matches beautifully. I really love that the attached brush has a curved design, which makes it so much easier to apply a thin, even layer. It does break down a bit throughout the day, which is disappointing. Since it's a stick foundation, it's tricky to control the amount, so when I first swipe it on my face, it goes on too thick. Even after blending with the brush, I have to work through it multiple times, which makes it really difficult to apply smoothly on areas with more texture or dry patches. - k.*******Da dầuDa nhạy cảmDa mụnĐược đề xuất19/04/2024 (UTC+0)
I switched products in less than a month, and here's why: the coverage isn't as good as I hoped, and it feels quite oily. The application feels thin and uneven. At first it applies thinly, but when I touch it up, it goes on thick. Overall, it doesn't compare to the Aesop Cover Fit Pact that's been discontinued. I'm really disappointed. I've only been using it for a short while, but I plan to give it a full month and then share an updated review. My skin type is combination with sensitivity (enlarged pores, prone to congestion if I skip exfoliation, and extremely dry in winter, which can lead to breakouts if I'm not careful with my makeup application, plus I have a serious hereditary skin condition). This product is quite dry. That's actually why even combination skin types can achieve a dewy glow when paired with a rich moisturizing cream. Please read the rest of my thoughts below. First, the shade oxidizes. I wanted something lighter, but the color match is really off. I practically need shade 17, but the color itself is beautiful. Even as it oxidizes over time due to oils, it still looks fresh and radiant, which I love. At first I thought it applied thick, but it's actually quite sheer. The formula is extremely dry, which is exactly what I wanted. It has a similar texture to the Aesop Cover Fit Foundation Pact. For context, I used the Aesop Cover Fit Foundation Pact continuously, and when it was discontinued, I tried other cushion products. I've been struggling with breakouts for 3 years since then. I actually prefer this twin cake texture over cushions. Cushions have a liquid texture, and the main ingredient is purified water. When you keep touching up with a puff, it actually increases the risk of contact dermatitis. Plus, as you know, cushions harbor bacteria easily, and since they contain so much water, they need lots of oils to prevent dryness. Most formulas have pore-clogging ingredients. For acne-prone skin, it was honestly the worst. Interestingly, this stick formula is safer for contact dermatitis, provides excellent hydration, and creates a beautiful skin appearance when applied. As I mentioned, I have combination skin. So I usually keep my skincare routine very simple, then apply makeup. For combination skin types, when you keep skincare minimal and apply makeup, during seasonal changes and winter, you get flaking and skin breakdown. But if you layer heavy skincare and apply cushion, your pores get clogged and it's a mess. However, even with heavy, rich skincare, this dry formula actually absorbs excess oil and balances hydration and oil levels beautifully. This is the ingredient combination I've been desperately searching for. It's not common to find this mix. Looking at the ingredients, titanium dioxide is the first and most abundant ingredient. This mineral ingredient blocks UV rays and also controls sebum. Having it in high concentration means it can be drying, but even when I apply something oily like Physiogel, it might feel slightly sticky at first, but the titanium absorbs the oil and over time it breaks down beautifully. Since mineral ingredients are at the top of the ingredient list, I don't even need to apply separate sunscreen. For reference, the Aesop Cover Fit Foundation Pact also has silica as its primary ingredient (which controls oil). These conditions allow oily skin to wear heavy creams. Over time, since I have combination skin, when I used oily products, I'd get congestion and breakouts. But because this product is dry, when I apply a rich moisturizing cream generously, my skin stays hydrated, doesn't look patchy, and the oil-water balance feels perfect. It creates a beautiful skin appearance. And when your skincare is well-established, the more layers you add, the better blemishes and pores are concealed. One more note: for acne-prone skin, the cleanser matters too. Since I'm oily, I always use an alkaline cleanser in the evening regardless of season, plus an exfoliating product. During seasonal transitions and winter mornings, I use a gel-type slightly acidic cleanser. In summer mornings, I use a slightly alkaline one. I'll come back after using it for a month to see if any breakouts appear. Since I apply a rich skincare base, my hair sticks a bit, but my skin feels incredibly comfortable and has such a beautiful glow that I don't mind at all. Honestly, I'm more bothered by dull-looking skin. By the way, the puff works much better than the brush that comes with it. That's why I carry a separate puff case with me. The puff really helps with application. I'm not sure about dry skin types, but for those with combination skin, try applying this over a heavy hydrating moisturizer in your skincare routine. Your skin will look beautiful. I have oily skin and I'm currently testing it with Physiogel to see if they work well together. At first it feels slightly sticky, but as it dries over time, the glow is incredible. And when your skincare base is this well-established, layering this product covers almost any blemish or imperfection beautifully.
