The formula is excellent and doesn't emphasize dry patches, so I think even people with flaky skin can use it comfortably. There's nothing really disappointing about it, but it does feel a bit dry on my skin. I've been using this for two weeks and I'm really impressed with how smoothly it applies and the beautiful color payoff. I usually avoid nude lipsticks because they tend to emphasize dry patches, but this one is different—it fills in fine lines beautifully and doesn't highlight any texture issues, making it perfect as a base lip. The staying power is excellent too. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone with cool undertones. The staying power fades after just one meal, but I still recommend it because I love the soft, velvety finish and the muted tone The longevity isn't great, the packaging from before the reformulation was inconvenient, and the moisturizing power could be better
