I've been using this for several months, though I don't use it daily since I have sensitive skin. I'd recommend it for those with dry, sensitive, or oily skin types, but I wouldn't suggest using it every day if you have sensitive skin. As someone with dry skin who doesn't enjoy that tight feeling after cleansing, I was really impressed with this cleanser. It leaves my skin feeling hydrated after washing, and despite its thorough emulsifying process, it delivers a stronger cleansing power than mild acidic cleansers, which I found really satisfying. You'll need a dedicated lip and eye makeup remover for products like mascara! I use it on my skin every day and I noticed my skin barrier started to break down... It's a bit pricey and I'm not sure if it's worth the cost... there seem to be better options out there

I was previously using a slightly alkaline cleanser, so the difference was really noticeable. Since my skin is sensitive, I avoid overly oily products as much as possible. I only use cleansing oil around my eyes when removing makeup! So I was honestly worried at first about trying this product. Even though it has an oily formula, I use it just like a foam cleanser to create a lather. After using it, my face doesn't feel tight at all! The soft, not-completely-rinsed-off feeling took some getting used to initially, but I've adapted to it now. With other products, if I don't do my skincare routine right after cleansing, my skin gets incredibly dry. But this one keeps my skin comfortable for at least 5 minutes afterward. I haven't experienced any breakouts, and several people mentioned my skin looked better when I first switched to this product. That's why I decided to repurchase it! 1. It doesn't remove blackheads. 2. I've heard other people pump it like a cleansing oil first and then add water to create a foam cleanser, but I pump it directly onto my hands, add water, and use it as a foam cleanser right away. So I'm not sure how effective the oil cleansing power really is. I'm just using it daily as a foam cleanser. 3. The scent is quite strong. This is definitely something people will have different opinions about. I'm using the tube version and it's incredibly convenient and great! You only need a tiny amount, and when you add water, it creates plenty of lather, so it lasts a really long time. I've finished one bottle and I'm already on my second one. I bought this because it seemed perfect for removing sunscreen and light makeup all in one step, and I wanted something convenient to use. It really lives up to that purpose. It cleanses away sunscreen beautifully and leaves my skin feeling refreshed! It's not quite as hydrating as the ads suggest, and if I don't moisturize right after cleansing, my skin feels tight and dry. That said, for a cleanser with such strong cleansing power, it's surprisingly not overly drying. As long as I follow up with moisturizer immediately, everything works out fine. For best results, I use it as a cream cleanser first, then add water and work it into a foam to really get everything clean. When using it as a cream, I make sure to use enough product so it doesn't irritate my skin. Even after cleansing, my skin doesn't feel tight or dry—it feels hydrated and comfortable. I'm really happy with this product because it delivers both effective cleansing and moisture in one step. After washing, I don't need to rush into extra skincare, which makes my routine so much easier. The pump dispenser is hygienic, which is great, but the formula is quite fluid, so even a light press releases more product than I need. I wish there was better control over the amount that comes out each time. If you have dry skin, try using this gently in the morning as a light cleanser—your skin will feel noticeably more hydrated throughout the day. In the evening, pump it two or three times and use it as a makeup remover. The oil-to-foam formula makes it so convenient to use. It worked really well for sensitive skin too. My eyes felt really irritated and I developed redness around the eye area. I thought it was just me, but it turns out quite a few people have experienced the same issue. - il****26/08/2025 (UTC+0)
The best thing about it is how convenient it is to use, and it feels so fresh and clean on my eyes My eyes got red and I had an allergic reaction. The timing of when my eyes started hurting coincided with when I started using this product, so I'm really suspicious about it. Cleansing power: 5 out of 5 stars I was wearing mascara, blush, foundation, excess oil, and powder. While I wasn't wearing false lashes, this product did an amazing job removing all that makeup and leaving my skin feeling clean and fresh. The formula has a lightweight, oil-based texture that emulsifies beautifully, making cleansing feel effortless and thorough. Since I have oily skin, summer is rough for me with all that excess oil plus my base makeup creating an absolute shine situation. While this cleanser does remove makeup well and has a nice lightweight formula, I noticed redness appearing after cleansing, mainly around my cheeks where I don't normally have issues. I tested it a few more times on its own to rule out other factors, and sure enough, every time I used this to cleanse, that redness came back. It cleans really well, but I realized my skin was getting irritated without me even noticing at first. I can't keep using it because of this. I'm not sure which ingredient is causing the reaction, and it doesn't feel tight or stinging, but the redness gets itchy and uncomfortable after washing. If you experience something similar, I'd recommend following up with a soothing treatment pad right away to calm things down.
