The formula has a nice, non-dripping consistency, and since you can see through the product, it has a lovely yellow tone. Since I have dry skin, I prefer rich, hydrating emulsions, and I really liked that this has a moisturizing cream-like texture. The absorption isn't super fast, so I do need to pat it in a few times. The texture itself is lightweight and refreshing, making it a great choice even during summer without feeling heavy. It has a feel somewhere between an emulsion and a serum, absorbing quickly without any stickiness, so I could use it comfortably before applying makeup as well. I was also satisfied with how the container design is clean and features a pump dispenser, making it hygienic to use. If you find heavy or thick moisturizers burdensome, I think this formula is definitely worth considering. Personally, I couldn't really see major results from this product. My skin is naturally dry, but during summer it gets oily on the surface while remaining dehydrated underneath. This product only made the surface slightly hydrated, but it fell short of providing that deep moisture I was looking for. Because I have sensitive skin, I felt a slight stinging sensation from the vitamin ingredient when applying it. While the irritation wasn't extremely strong, when my skin condition wasn't great, the tingling was noticeable enough that using it daily became difficult. If you have sensitive skin, I really recommend doing a patch test first before using it. As for the vitamin brightening effect, even after using it for several weeks, I didn't see any noticeable improvement in skin tone or that radiant glow I was hoping for. Instead, the moisture seemed to evaporate quickly, leaving my skin feeling tight. Using it alone made it hard to combat dryness. For dry or dehydrated skin types, you might find the hydration level somewhat disappointing. If one product alone doesn't provide enough hydration, I'd recommend layering it with a richer cream or night treatment formula. Especially at night, I found that applying this product followed by a hydrating cream is essential to avoid that tight, uncomfortable feeling. Also, I noticed the absorption works a bit better when applied right after using a toner pad or facial mist to prep the skin. It seems to work better for combination to oily-combination skin rather than pure oily skin, and for dry skin, I'd only recommend it as a lightweight hydrating option for summer rather than winter.
