I absolutely recommend this! I was worried that because it's called an oil, it would feel greasy and leave my skin feeling oily. But since my face was so dry, I decided to apply it right after my toner, and I noticed a real difference the next day. When I wake up in the morning, my skin feels so much less parched. I really can't think of any downsides, but since it is an oil, don't you think you need to be careful about how much you use each time?

The absorption is excellent, so it works beautifully for both dry and oily skin types. For very dry skin looking to use this as an oil replacement, it feels a bit too light. I absolutely love this! I was worried that since it's an oil, it would be way too heavy and greasy, but I was totally wrong. It's not that there's no oil in it, but this product actually hydrates your skin at the same time. It's perfect for spring and fall when you need that balance. Most oils feel too heavy in the fall, but this one gives you just the right amount of moisture and nourishment without overdoing it. It runs out faster than I expected. I absolutely love how this absorbs beautifully without leaving any sticky residue. Even though it's an oil, the absorption is incredibly fast. Out of all the oils I've tried, this one has the best absorption I've ever experienced. Appearance and Packaging This serum has a clear, transparent appearance and comes packaged in a frosted plastic bottle with a convenient dropper applicator. Texture and Consistency I was genuinely surprised by how lightweight and fluid this water-based serum is, even knowing it wasn't an oil formula. It's noticeably more fluid than the Klairs Midnight Blue Youth Activating Drop—so much so that if I apply it directly to my face, I need to work quickly to spread it around! The texture is definitely on the runny side. Fragrance This serum is fragrance-free. I couldn't detect any noticeable scent at all. My Results The product promises deep hydration, and from what I've experienced, it does deliver on that claim. However, I've found that during colder, drier seasons, I personally prefer to layer this with another serum for extra moisture. My sensitive skin has responded really well to it so far, which I'm happy about. Since this product contains fermented ingredients, I wouldn't recommend it if you're unable to use fermented ingredients or if you have allergies to any of the other components. If fermented ingredients work for you though, this is a solid choice that suits multiple skin types. True to its name as a watery oil, this product absorbs incredibly fast without any sticky residue. It feels lightweight and glides smoothly, giving you that same satisfying absorption you'd get from a rich cream. Since it comes in a pump bottle, it's super hygienic and you get a generous amount with each use. Even though it's supposed to be moisturizing, it didn't feel hydrating enough for my skin. I used this right after cleansing and I'm really impressed! It's a watery oil formula so it feels lightweight and leaves my skin beautifully hydrated without any heaviness. Honestly, I have no complaints whatsoever - it works wonderfully! I have extremely dry skin, so I've been using this product in the morning during summer. It's labeled as an oil, but it's a lightweight formula that feels incredibly light on the skin. I just gently roll it on and it applies beautifully. There's a slight residue, but it doesn't interfere with other products or cause my makeup to shift or smudge. Don't expect a rich, luxuriously nourishing oil with this one. It's perfect if you're looking for something lightweight and airy. It absorbs even better when you gently massage and pat it into your skin.
