My skin completely changed after using this... it doesn't seem to work for me. I'm prone to breakouts and this made it worse The product leaves a heavy white cast that's really noticeable. I absolutely love the adorable packaging with its rounded cap! True to its name as a brightening sunscreen, it noticeably lifts my complexion by about one shade. The scent has a subtle herbal note that seems to come from centella asiatica. The color isn't pure white but rather a soft pink-toned BB shade. The application is smooth and easy to spread. After application, there is some oiliness, which is typical for sunscreen, but it doesn't feel heavy or suffocating. A light powder touch makes it comfortable enough for me to use, even though I'm usually not a sunscreen fan. The best part about this sunscreen is its impressive staying power! I went out for an extended period without reapplying, and despite the intense heat and heavy sweating that melted most of my makeup, the brightened tone remained vibrant without any darkening or fading. I was truly amazed! Overall, aside from the toning effect, this is a satisfying brightening sunscreen. I'd recommend it to those who prioritize long-lasting wear, except for those seeking a completely bare-faced makeup look or an ultra-matte finish. The brightening effect doesn't feel natural—instead of a subtle lift, it creates a bluish or grayish cast that makes the complexion look artificially brightened rather than genuinely toned up. Personally, it feels more like a white cast than a true tone-up, so it's not ideal for a bare-faced makeup look. However, when layered under a cushion or foundation, the tone-up effect becomes more natural and seamless, so if you're doing a full base makeup routine, you shouldn't experience any significant issues. It applies like a smooth cream, but if you apply too much at once, it can clump. The best approach is to apply it in thin, layered sections for even coverage.

Finish: It has more of a matte feel than a dewy one, so I make sure to prep my skin well with a good base before using it. I do think the formula might feel a bit dry underneath during winter months. I wish it had a bit more hydration to it. I have dry skin underneath with combination skin (my T-zone tends to get oily), and this product applies so smoothly on the first application. The absorption is quick too, which makes it perfect for my hectic mornings! Second, I love the brightening effect—my complexion looks noticeably more radiant. Some tone-up creams just leave a white cast like you've slathered on mineral sunscreen, but this one actually brightens your skin tone instead of masking it. This sunscreen does an amazing job brightening my complexion! I can honestly just apply it and head out the door without any other makeup. It's not drying at all, and it gives my skin this beautiful luminous finish while keeping everything hydrated and dewy. I can't really think of any downsides.
