This is my favorite from the Diptyque line. I picked it up when sandalwood and fig scents were all the rage, and compared to other similar fragrances, this one feels lighter with a beautiful herbal quality that really lingers. A few spritzes around the entryway and your space feels fresh and inviting. The staying power is pretty weak, to be honest. I sprayed it in the morning, but by evening the scent had completely faded away. If you're hoping to wear this fragrance for an evening out, you might as well just carry around an empty bottle. After using it for a few years, the sweet floral notes start to feel a bit cloying, but that's when it becomes perfect as a room diffuser instead.

It has a pleasantly sweet fig scent. I tried the EDP as a sample and fell in love with it, so I ended up getting the EDT version instead. It definitely feels lighter to me, so I think I'll be able to wear it well into early summer. Some people mention that the coconut note comes across as cloying, but honestly, it doesn't really bother me. The longevity is a bit weaker than I expected. It feels like a fragrance that's a little too heavy for the height of summer! I wore this during summer and got stung by a bee. To me, it comes across like the delicate aroma of fig flesh with just a hint of leafy notes woven through it, and the lingering finish feels like a gentle, creamy amber fragrance. I found the coconut note blended nicely with the fig flesh aroma and didn't find it bothersome at all. However, I've heard from others that the coconut can sometimes hit quite strongly, and on rainy days it can feel a bit nauseating. This is one of my signature scents for life. I've heard some people say it's too heavy or that there are similar fragrances out there, but I honestly haven't experienced that at all. If anything, I absolutely love the fresh, green notes, and the lingering scent is just incredible. My brother says it smells like canned peaches, but to me, it's pure fig—like they literally bottled the fig itself into a fragrance. There's no heaviness to it whatsoever, which is amazing. The longevity is fantastic too, and I genuinely consider this one of my all-time favorite perfumes. Since this is such a personal favorite scent of mine, there's really nothing disappointing about it. This product feels luxurious and looks absolutely beautiful! That said, the fragrance might not be everyone's cup of tea—it's definitely a scent that divides opinions. I'm picking up a strong coconut scent. If coconut fragrance isn't your thing, I'd skip this one. I'd recommend spritzing this during winter months since it has a richer, more substantial fragrance profile.
