I don't do well with coconut-based ingredients, and caprylic acid doesn't work for my skin either. Most emulsions contain caprylic acid, which always causes my skin to react badly and sends me back to the dermatologist repeatedly. But this Ato505 product doesn't have it, so it's been a lifesaver for me! I think it would be more convenient if this came in a tube format. The jar packaging is a bit inconvenient to use. If you have skin inflammation or sensitive skin, skip other liquid skincare products and just stick with a nourishing cream formula like this one. I went through a period when my skin was incredibly sensitive, irritated, and red, and even during that time, I didn't experience any stinging or marks when using this product. It worked beautifully for me! The scent is pleasant too. It doesn't absorb completely and feels a bit like it sits on top of the skin. I picked this up hoping it would help me tackle acne around my chin while keeping my skin hydrated and balanced. Since this is my first time trying it, I'm looking forward to using it consistently and seeing real results. This is my third tube and I'm absolutely loving it! The formula is so gentle and works beautifully with any other product I layer it with. The spreadability and hydration are fantastic, making it super easy to incorporate into my routine. What really impresses me is that there's nothing irritating about it at all, whether it's the scent or how it applies. Even though the texture is lightweight, it delivers serious moisture, so I'm definitely going to keep repurchasing this one! My teenage son has been struggling with acne and eczema, so I've tried several products over the years. This one has honestly been the most effective by far. His breakouts have cleared up and the itching has completely stopped. I wish the bottle was a bit larger. Otherwise, I really can't find anything to complain about. - I add tea tree oil when using it in the evening - I also got him a purifying mask that's great for teenage breakouts. It felt like the product created a protective barrier on my skin. At first, I thought it wasn't absorbing, but then it sank in completely. I thought I'd finally found my holy grail product, but something just didn't work for me—I kept getting small bumps. I also wish it came in a tube instead of this container. I don't think I'll be using it anymore.

During winter, I apply just the emulsion, but since I notice a bit of tightness and dryness, I layer this cream on top as well. The quantity is a bit modest, and honestly, the price doesn't feel like great value for what you get. I was lucky to grab it during a buy-one-get-one promotion, which made it more affordable. Even then, I had to combine it with loyalty points from attendance rewards and weather check-ins to make the price feel reasonable. I developed contact dermatitis and redness, so I switched products urgently. I'm really impressed with the ingredients in this one. It feels a bit tacky when I apply it before makeup, so I think it works better when I use a generous amount before bed instead. I'm hoping to see even better results as I keep using it. Since I have very dry skin, this product alone isn't enough to combat the dryness. I think I need to strengthen my skincare foundation with additional products. This is a nice cream to apply before bedtime.

This moisturizer is so gentle and genuinely hydrating. I love that it's fragrance-free too. I picked up the emulsion to use on my baby. If you have sensitive or dry skin, I'd definitely recommend giving this a try. I'm not entirely sure about this one... I guess it would be nice if they offered a larger size option.
