The texture is wonderfully creamy and smooth, the compact size is perfect for travel, and the bright shade blends beautifully It feels a bit dry, but the real problem is that it causes breakouts. I used to have really dry skin, but lately it's become more combination. I've tried other BB creams before, and whenever I thought one was decent, the shade was too dark. Or if the shade was light enough, something else about it just didn't work for my skin. But with Erborian, both the color and the feel are absolutely perfect! On my skin, I don't get any pore clogging, and even though my skin is sensitive, I can use it without any breakouts or irritation. I'm really happy with it! I mix foundation and BB cream together when I apply them. If I just do that, the color gets darker over time. So now I apply foundation plus BB cream first, then go over it with just the foundation one more time, and that reduces the darkening. This product does an amazing job covering redness! When I blend it with my fingers, the color adapts and provides excellent coverage. From the first application, I experienced itching and uneven patches. Today when I used this product alone, I developed bumps and irritation that looked like mosquito bites. This formula contains several potentially irritating ingredients, so please check the ingredient list carefully. I bought this to mix with my CC cream, but even though I have a fair complexion, this shade is way too light for me - like a shade 11 or so. I'd recommend using it more as a highlighter by blending it with a deeper base foundation or applying just a tiny bit to the areas you want to brighten up rather than wearing it on its own! As time goes on, my skin gets really oily and I start breaking out. I've been using this for about a month as my summer go-to, and honestly, it's absolutely incredible. For my shade range of 17-19, the ivory tone is a perfect match. Even when I use just a tiny amount and tap it in with my sponge, it blends so seamlessly that I can totally pull off that no-makeup makeup look. After one application and a light powder, my nose stays shine-free for 2-3 hours. Mixing it with foundation makes my skin feel even more comfortable. I didn't expect the staying power to be as good as a cushion compact, and honestly, it's not bad. It seems to last about 3-4 hours, but I have to admit I'm a bit disappointed with the longevity. By the time school ends, the color on my cheeks has completely faded. I'd recommend mixing it with foundation for better wear. Don't apply too much or you'll end up looking cakey. When I apply it quickly in the morning before heading to school, it looks pretty. It's subtly flawless and stays beautiful throughout the day. The coverage is really disappointing. This foundation really evens out your skin tone beautifully. It's perfect for everyday wear without feeling heavy. I'm experiencing breakouts with this product. Since I have dry skin, I always mix BB cream with my foundation, and nothing compares to Erborian's BB cream! I used to use CC corrector before, but since I don't have much redness, I prefer the ivory shade even more. When I blend it with my foundation, I get less patchiness than using foundation alone, and the BB cream works beautifully on its own too! It's so easy to apply with just my fingers. The ivory shade is way too bright for me. This is a review for shade 15, based on my skin tone. I was dealing with serious foundation separation and patchiness, so I decided to try mixing this with my other products—and I'm honestly thrilled with the results. The coverage is fantastic and really helps my makeup stay put. Even when I use it alone, it gives my skin a nice, luminous finish. The formula isn't heavy at all, which makes my skin feel comfortable throughout the day. It covers pretty much every blemish and imperfection I throw at it. It works beautifully with matte foundations and darker shades to enhance them. When I layer it with my hydrating foundation, the coverage becomes even more impressive. People have been complimenting my skin more than usual—it's actually kind of surprising how much better my complexion looks. If you have skin tones in the 11-13 shade range, you might find this doesn't give you that radiant, glowing effect you're looking for. While it applies smoothly by hand, it does tend to go on a bit thick, so I'd recommend using a brush or spatula for better application and blending. This pairs beautifully with Estée Lauder Futurist foundation! No matter what type of foundation formula you mix it with, the blendability becomes so much smoother and more seamless.
