Even without any discount, one box covering two months of supply costs around ten thousand won, which makes it excellent value for money. I really appreciated that the soft capsules come individually wrapped for convenience. When I took it, there was a slightly sweet taste to it. I didn't notice any fishy smell or aftertaste at all, and compared to my previous supplement, these capsules are noticeably smaller, making them much easier to swallow. The dosage is listed as 500mg per day, but I've noticed that most products out there recommend 600-1000mg instead. While taking just one capsule per serving is convenient, I'm a bit disappointed with the lower dosage. Once I finish this bottle, I'll probably need to look for a different product with a higher concentration. I make sure to take omega-3 regularly. I heard that the triglyceride form has better absorption, so I chose this brand for that reason. I don't think there are any downsides. It seems like omega-3 products don't vary much between different manufacturers.
